Samsung's upcoming Galaxy A90 to have a pop-up selfie cam
Popular leakster Ice Universe just jump-started the Galaxy A90 rumor mill. With the Galaxy A9 being released not long ago, one would expect the first rumors start flying in in the second half of 2019. However, the first report is already in saying that the handset will have a pop-up selfie camera.
Why do I say that the A90 is perfect? The answer is that the Galaxy A90 will be Samsung's first pop-up front camera phone, so its screen is perfect, there is no Notch, no Hole. pic.twitter.com/j01WWtPzh8

It might not be as crazy as it sounds. With all the hype around full-screen displays, a lot of smartphone manufacturers are resorting to the sliding mechanisms for the front cameras. Also, Samsung's 2018 A-series spiced things up with triple and quad-camera setups so the pop-up front camera design could be the next signature move from the A lineup.

A pop-up selfie on a smartphone is totally different from a pop-up camera on a TV. You should stop saying things you don't understand. You make Samsung look bad.

Also Samsung has had pop up cameras on their TV's for years, hardly a new concept.
