Now Samsung started copying designs. But i personally don't like popup camera they are not durable at all.
Not expected from Samsung. Bezel less designs are still accepted.

Now, if only they could make Bixby(button) dissapear too, then that would be great!
I've had the s6, s7 and currently have the s8+, but my next phone will be bezel-less and without an "assistant" button, so it aint looking like Samsung will get money out of me the next time I buy a phone.

All these messes just for the front camera... I don't care! I REALLY don't care, I NEVER used it!
At least, give us the option to choose between front camera or fullscreen! A mid-range per manufacturer, I'm not asking the moon!

It could have a pop-up camera, but I am guessing Samsung would have made some refinements to the shape to either separate itself from particular design or make additions or improvements to it.b

Anyway by the time the mechanism fails, it's time to upgrade your phone already as I doubt you use your phone for more than two years. Got to keep up with the selfie camera upgrades.

Well, i'll still have fun taking nice photos under the rain, snowing or at the swimming pool where those pop up phones are useless. IP68 or more without holes for me. And without mechanism than at some point will fail, stuck, broke, etc.
