I buy this phone In 21st century but i feel it has the qualities of previous century, Sendo upgrade ur software and send us Some functions to upgrade our mobiles according to our friends ok! Good BoY

Oh and one other thing.. I agree that the phoen DOES scrath pretty easilyBut actually I quite like this phone.. FOr the person that couldnt work out WHO had Mised clled him.. When it says missed call press the UP arrow when u r on the Normal screen(NOT the Menu) and it will have a list of the last calls recieved.. Sent and Missed!!! (DURR!!!)

K, you might not want to hear this but if people still wanna klnow what the NCK code is its because you've bought an uncompatiable SIM card, If you Buy your phone from 02 then you HAVE to use an 02 Sim card.. The only way to get out of this (I think) is to pay 02 (or other Provider) and pay them about £20.. Sorry, I cant be of more help!!!So, bascally if yourphone came with a sim card then put that one in!!! (oh, andif anyone has the NCK code for 02.. GIVE IT TO MEEEE!! PLEASE !!!

hay i gota sendo m550 and i wana put a o2 sim in it,but it askin 4 da nck code.cud sum1 send it me or post it on dis site as i c ova people also havin same problem.

dear sw you can turn of the tone bye clicking menu key then # but the viberator must be on.....
the sms tone cant be changed...

Is there any way to turn the ring off and just put the phone on vibrate? Also, how do you change the sms tone? Cheers

Hi, my dad bought me a virgin network M550 from the UK to use it in spain. Q, where is there a good cheap unblock site, so I can put in another sim card. Also what does the initials NCK mean. Thanks

Great little phone, ok may not have all the features but what the hell, its so small and light and does not have a airel to poke you. Difficukt to notice in my pocket and looks a treat
