If using the international version you don't need to use a VPN you will automatically get updates when they come out however at the moment the latest version is the December 2024 security patch with Android 14. I'd expect a new update to be pushed out within the next month or two.

240hz is crazy... Paired with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 it does better.

I also have the contact issue, everyone that calls my phone comes through as "unknown caller" so I just don't answer.... It's got me in trouble with my Mrs a few times 😂
Someone else below mentioned getting a green flash on the screen when pressing the unlock sometimes... I also have this issue and it seems to be getting worse.

If they really want to contact me then, they should already know how to contact me through one of social media apps.

My contacts all imported and caller ID works and the phone security functions were a nice surprise. Could be a network side issue? I haven't heard of anyone else having it either. If it's some bug maybe you can try to recreate contacts
