Bought it in Bangladesh yesterday
Never had a sharp phone before, always a xiaomi,realme user
Bought it as a secondary phone but i think it can be used as primary device easily!!
Great phone sharp!!
Back Camera quality is superb and with the help of g cam front cam is also great
Updated it to android 13 + debloated more than 100 japanese apps i think 😅
But after that it is now a charm!!

Does it support 5Ghz Wi-Fi? I can see that my sharp sense 5G had Snapdragon 750G processor in it. Please guide.

do you have 2 types of sense 5g? here you show that it has 128gb storage and 8 gb ram, but mine shows only 64gb. i can't see the amount of ram.
i changed the language to english but all apps still show chinese.
i wait for your response.

Then Hold Volume Down and Power Button, Once you get the logo oh Sharp leave the Power Button now and now only hold Volume Down Button. Until you get a screen like where you'll see a screen where Written Reset/Factory Reset etc. Use Volume Button Up/Down to CHosse between different button and Use Power Button as a Select/OK.
Then wait, it will erase your phoen then it will open as a new phone after that it may ask you for pass again but below you can see now their is a option other as a Gmail then put your Gmail and that's it. Your Phone is now Okay. I hope it will help you.

Please help me outm I recently put in a pattern on my Sense 5g and unfortunately could remember few minutes later. So I tried the factory reset as explained on YouTube, but it doesn't work on my device. Other technicians have tried to no avail. Is there another method?I can't find their support system making it difficult.

Unfortunately it suffers from a bad problem after some use the screen takes too long to wake up, maybe 10 seconds and sometimes it doesn't turn on.
There is no PC software, no Sharp support, nothing. You're just left with this bug and can't find help anywhere. I regret having bought this phone
