can anybody help, I am having problem connecting this phone to my PC with handset manager. it always shows the error "Please click center button--settings--connectivity--pc software--bluetooth to enable the connection" error. When i follow the instruction the accept/ok button is not active. As any one experience this problem before.

I have a Sharp GX25 but nobody can help me with the settings. If I wan't to download anything the message : HTTP Error: 404 Not found.
Please help me with the settings because MTN can't help me.

I got my Sharp GX25 2day! I only ordered it on Monday PM and it arrived first thing this mornin! I am very happy with the fone, no complaints.....so far lol, hope u all r enjoyin ur fone as much as i am! xx

I have just ordered the GX25 2day! i am so excited and i have read all the reviews and i think i will b hapy with the fone, i just had 2 return the VK530, i only bought it a week ago and it is no use, couldnt access the internet, couldnt download ringtones and couldnt receive some pics, cant wait, this wil b the longest 4 days of my life and without a fone lol!

found this bout annoying WAP icon
This had been bugging me for a week or so too as there is no mention in the handbook. I have found the answer now. Connect to vodafone live and as soon as you are in choose options in the red panel at the bottom, scroll down to advanced and select. Got to option 4 (alert inbox) and select this. then see the message and delete it. Annoying globe then disappears!

this fone is super cool. I guess my only complain is like everyones complaint. Its very small memory. Then again, I guess most business type fone (except for the high end ones) dont need too much memory. Its enough for the odd photos of family and friends. I came from a nokia 6800 and that had 4mb and I didnt even fill half of it. so this fone does me fine. i like the size and weight of it.

Video recording time is approx. 10-15secs, the reason for such a small time is due to the GX-25's limited memory base.

Awesome display, clarity is unprofound for a phone of its price range, a must buy this season.

its a nice and cool fone but the memory is too small. ma lst fone had 90mb samsgung D500, the camera quality rocks bigtym. south african view

The Sharp GX25 is a brilliant all round mobile phone; 262k colour screen, Bluetooth (data transfer to other mobile phones aswell!), Infrared, an excellent camera (believe me the camera on this phone matches any 1.3 megapixel camera probably better), video recording and playing, quality feel, stylish. Only downfall is lack of MP3 Player. Brilliant Phone

Im thinking of buying this phone, what i would like to know how long the video recording is and if you can get different fascias.

i think something needs to be made very clear so here goes. Sharp do not do active flip on any of they new models. This come after doing a survey in china and japan (where they sell them the largest amount of their phones) people said it was to "hollywood" ... so if you want a phone that answers when you flip it get a motorola they tend to have that option

Not bad phone... i just bought it. The only thinf is the active at flip. that all and less of memory

In the last week my phone has been really bad with reception, and has been having little errors. For example the little phone on the front would not go away,(when you get a missed call) I didnt miss it and i deleted all my calls. and it stayed there for 24 hours then just went away. Then last night it kept cutting out and wouldnt even let me call out or msg. and i had reception and credit. I had to use my old phone, and the reception was fine. Why is this??

yeah id also like to know how to make this excelent fone answer the calls by just siply opening it INSTEAD OF HAVING TO PRESS BUTTONS! Does any one know how?

i think its better that it doesnt answer the call when you open the flip, because if there is a call that you doesn`t want to answer it you can cancel it. i m going to buy 1 with my next pay. :)

i think this phone smells!
when i got it i thought it was going to be great don't get me wrong the camera is great and so is some of the other stuff i love bluetooth it is great i and send all me mates vid's for free!!! but my problem is the smell as soon as i opened the box the phone came in, i smelt the most horrible smell, origanly i thought ah what the heck its a great phone the smell will go soon, but thats where i was wrong i have had this phone for two weeks and even when the phone is in my pocket every now and then i get a wiff of the horrible smell that surrounds the phone, the other day i was there in the pub having a drink with this realy nice girl and then suddenly " can you smell that?"
"what?"
"hmm smells like fish!"
"ah no, i cant smell anything"
"hmm"
the girl then left, i couldnt believe it the smell from the phone made me lose her!!! i have try and try to send it back but the shop i got it from say that its my fault and actualy i probaly smell ( which is not true ) so that is my problem if anyone has any idea on how to get rid of the smell please help me or if anyone has had the problem them self.

yeah this iz a great phone... pictures are great, IR, bluetooth... nice ! :) but i have a problem... after just 5 days the gray paint started 2 get off from the phone... not so nice... i got a Samsung from 2002 and it still has itz paint on...! is there a problem with my phone or their are all the same... plz mail me! bye
