I'm very happy with my phone, it's very pretty and is very slim,i'm liking a lot. The only thing bad is the ringtones and games, that i don't know how to use. I have files *.mmf, and some of them can't be copy, other are copy, but when you want to put them as ringtone, they don't allow. I don't understand this, but it's a very nice phone!!!

Received mine 2 days ago, was initially impressed. Nice design, light, seemed good enough. But after 2 days, I find it akward to use (doesnt open easily for some reason) and its awful to text from. The buttons are spaced far apart so quick texting is a nightmare, and the phone seems slow to respond to your button presses, so when typing words to text often letters are missed out.
As my phone was purchased mainly for texting, its on its way back as we speak. Nice design, shame about the performance.

Just upgraded my faithful Nokia to the GX29 and I am very pleased so far. I tend to stick to Nokias as a rule as they are so easy to navigate but thought i would try something new, I am glad I did! Very similar menu options to Nokia and the picture quality is very good.
Well worth a go!

Nice phone... but not so nice battery life like other sharp models! I have Gx20. Well it keeps reseting when an incoming call is up. Nevertheless it is a great brand...

Bought this from a vodafone store today for my wife as an upgrade, it really is a lovely phone, its slim, solid nice display, camera is acceptable, memory holds 15pics at max resolution, but not a problem as can take them off when full didnt want 3g so this was perfect. Interface is quick. Well done yet again Sharp
(I own a Sharp 903 and the 29 is about half the weight!)

very small amound of free memory, allready had a gx25 and the memory was just not enough! SE k310 is a better choice, not so beautifull but better features (bigger memory) and probably for a better price

Another Mature and and beautiful phone by SHARP! No wonder it's called SHARP!
PROS:
-Normal size
-Excellent design
-Good sound quality (like on other Sharp phones)
-Excellent screen resolution
-Triband (who cares about 850 frequency which is only needed for SCAMING CINGULAR)
- Will not be overpriced just because it has a bluetooth, nice screen and triband mode
OTHER BRANDS always overprice when have the same features
