My second phone I had it for a year or two back in 2001. Siemens in that time was my favorite mobile manufacturer. After him I had C45, than S45, and after him my favorite SL45 which I had longest. It was very cool cause it was one of the first mobiles that had mp3 player with support for MMC memory cards. I was very sorry to see that Siemens discontinued mobile phones production.

I have m35 from the 2000. and this phone still works! using it a few times in the year for outdoor.

you can use, nokia battery if the original battery hard to find. you can use nokia battery BL5C and make some modification at the case of battery.
i use nokia battery BL6C (for n-gage) so the long life that i can get with my siemens M35 is almost more than 2 days

OMG i love it! One of the best phones i have had! The only one that is as good as this is siemens ME45 which i had after that! the two of them still work after 9 years!!!

Wow! I miss this phone! Its was my second phone and it was GREAT. I mean it was really a well build phone, very tough. I wish I haven't sold it thou :( to use as my alternate phone :( Well made SIEMENS :) If I can find a good, well handle, 2nd hand unit I'll buy it :) I want the yellow one :) mine was the gray

This was my first phone and it was excellent! Its build was virtually indestructible. I wish Siemens still made phones as some of them were great.

One of the best phones ever made...9 years of heavy usage, and still works perfectly. Only had to replace battery(damn hard to find it).Wish Siemens would produce mobile phones once again...

use nokia bl-5c or bl-5ca battery of you lost the original battery of this phone. works very fine . . :-)

I lost my M35 but found it again. I founed it outside and now it works after 40 days in snow when the snow was melting.

I still have this phone, bought it in 2000, and 10 years after, i turned it on using a batery bought on a chinese store, and guess what, still works, i used to play a great game on this phone, called labyrinth, i always took it to the beach, once it fell from my shorts in to the edge of the water, i thought it had it, but nope...still working! Was an amazing phone at it's time, now its a relique, but still kicking, and i hope 10 years from now, it still works so i can own a real rare thing, a 20th century phone still working. ;)

i still have two m35 phone in good condition and ready to use. but sorry i have replaced the original baterry with BL 5 CA from nokia. because verry dificull to find the original baterry in my town and the oiginal baterry of my phone is was damn.but it still working corectly. you can try this !

anyone still using this phone? i do. but now the cover is breaking apart (too much free-falls) whilst the phone itself still works... seems like noone here in my country sells m35 cover anymore so,... gotta have to say goodbye soon i guess.
