I agree with most people here, the Siemens S65 is an amazing phone, 100% without mp3, 110% with an mp3.

I need a few informations:
1)is there any chance to solve a problem about mp3,like downloading some software to accomplish mp3 reproduction?
2)if there is a sowtware, can i set mp3 files for melodies?

I tried the key pad... it's very difficult for quick sms because buttons are too small. Otherwise I would have bought it.

Does anybody know why I get a "sim full" error when I have received more than 15 text messages? The phone doesn't store the messages on the phone but on the sim card, is there an option which I can set? Thanks!

I have just got the firmware 25 version software. I do reconnmend it but its onlt a slight difference. The video recorder still jumps and skips. However the small difference is worth getting. Thats all i have to say on this phone. I have now nothing new to add so therefore i will take my leave until something else pops up. The only question i wish to ask what the codes do. thank you

I take a fancy to product of SIEMENS, first time I see advertisement product of S-65 my so love with this product, and then I buy it, but what is going on I very disappointed with its graph appearance, 65k? real correct 65k? I think merely just only 8bit

hey this phone is so cool...great desigh and most of all is the mega pixel camera that looks great.nothing must to say abot it.Its not very expensive.Users will feel a elegant feeling compare to the nokias ugly 6670

did you install mpm before installing infrared?if you did.i suggest you reinstall mpm and go to the options,connection and under port,select irda

what do the codes do that everyone are asking for. I have sent my s65 to siemens themselves to update the software. When i get it back will lwt you know the difference if any. The battery life is still crap. I tested it and after 1h 30mins on the phone the battery was down to half. So how can u possibly get 6six hours talk time that siemens claim. The battery cannot fully support the applications of the phone as it dies too quickly. It would have been the perfect phone if it had the symbian os software. The recipe for the perfect phone but shame the chef was a novice.

I have S65 with SW Version 12.
Is that already the latest firmware version ?
And, when I tried to read my phone with the supplied Mobile Phone Manager (came from it's small CD), it can't. Serial Cable : NIL. MA-620 IrDA : NIL.
Although the IrDA itself can recognize my phone fast (more fast than N600) :-).
But, why the "MPM" can't recognize it ?
Anyhelp will do.

I bought s65 on 11/6. I never used a Siemens mobile phone before. But now I'm crazy about it.Great functions and find it user very friendly. 1.3 mega pixel and bluetooth !! Maybe lots of people say that "no mp3",but it doesn't matter to me. Cause if I want to listen to music, I prefer to bring a Ipod with me...^^

Good day, since i started using gsm i have being using a siemens phone but when i came across the "S65" i was like this is the phone i have being looking for and the best thing about it is the mega-pixel because through the advert the pictures looks real and it is a business phone my dream now is to have one.my opinion about SIEMENS S65 is that if u continue to make phones like this within the next 9-10 months siemens will be a world class phone.
