Hi,

if anyone has the phone and uses the USB cable that is supplyed to link up to there computer and it is working could you please tell me step by step how to do it??

I have installed all the software that came with it however when i plug the USB cable in and open up the software it says my phone is not there.....

    I'm thinking of buying this phone. Where can i get the firmware upgrades to make it a bit better?

      the siemens sf65 does have a video recorder on it, but to get that you have to unlock it by upgrading it.

        the siemens sf65 phone is a very good phone, unfortunately if your use to texting people very quickly and ur not patient then this isn't ur phone, (how many times have people said that line already lol)...anyways its very stylish and easy to you but the way the icons are layed out does look a little dull but apart from that its a very good phone if u get it upgraded to ur standards! =)

          Good Points
          Looks great and really smart conversion into a camera. Some good features such as auto scrolling text message and simple to use.

          Bad Points
          No view window on front of the phone so you can't see who is ringing or whether you have a text/miss call etc.. without opening it. Picture quality isn’t that great. No video option. Graphics are very poor, as are the ringtones.

          General Comments
          I’ve had my phone for 3 days and I'm taking it back to the shop tomorrow! I'm very disappointed with the SF65, it promises loads but in my opinion fails to deliver. If you want a basic camera phone which looks smart (or to match your i-pod!) then the SF65 will suit, however I'll be looking elsewhere for better features - such as bluetooth, MP3, video and ringtones.

            This phone is slow! slow, slow, slow! It's at least 5 words behind when I am writing a text. Like I am on word five of a text and it is still spelling the first word on screen. The screen freezes and when you put the phone on silent, the only way of turning vibrate off is to to go into 6 (yes 6!) different menu options and questions, before you can turn it off and get back to the main screen. I have only had this phone for 5 days and there is a return sticker in the post for me already, to send it back. I never complain, ever, but this phone infuriated me so much that I just had to!

              The phone is great , it looks good but the features are poor the phone doesn't come with what is now expected , mp3 player etc.

              Does anyone know where i can get the firmware update ??? It would make the phone so much better with it .

                        On the o2 advertisment it said the phone can hold 900 pictures, is this true? Also can someone tell me the maximum number of text messages the phone can store?

                              hey, having just bought the phone yesterday its kinda a mix bag. whereas it looks gr8, with a gd camera however the menu is uninspiring and txt is slow. where can u get this firware update to make ten second videos and play mp3?

                                On the internet this phone has had alot of criticism , which made me cautious of purchasing the phone , however once purchasing the phone i was surprised about how good the phone actually is , the camera is amazing 1.3 megapixel and a flash , which is very effective and rare on mobile phones . The phone looks amazing , which is the first thing you realize the flip feature to operate the camera is both pratical and looks good.The style of the phone is great as it means it looks like a camera as well as the phone it is meant to be. For £100 this phone is amazing value for money , it has everything that you need in a phone and for £100 it is the cheapest megapixel camera on the market at the moment being £50 cheaper then its nearest competitor . The phone is simple to use and you easily get used to the layout . overall i would give this phone 8/10 , and i don't think 8/10 is bad for a megapixel camera phone .

                                  had this phone now for 3 months done 3 firmware upgrades done my 4th on fri and OMG i have full abilitys on mp3 and wav the basic formats that are well known ie amr is by sony and cant be used. plus it has a short video life now of 10 seconds a film brill! i upgraded the firmware to show no voda signs and the flex upgraded it upto videos and better ringtones tho polyphonics have lessend a little in clarity and clearness. this is a pause between moving into camera mode. overall my phone now rocks ive gone from not pleased to hell pleased

                                    i like this phone,it is small, not too girly looking, has good pictures, but when i read the spec of it on the car phone warehouse web site it said that it had video capability,so i bought it just before i went on holiday for 2 weeks, got back to it and realised that there was no video and the data cable wont work cos it just says that there is no phone connected, and i cant return it no cos it has gone past the return date, but apart from those issues it is a very smart phone and it is "gangster" as my brother said and it has a certain x factor that other phones dont have cos of the flipping and then spinning screen is is kl, i would recomend this phone to anyone that likes images and looks, but not to people that want it for mp3 and video,get an mp3 player for songs and a cam corder for videos u stingy g*ts, in all this phone is a good buy and gets 8.5-10

                                      i only have 14 messages in my inbox and it says the memory is already full! is this right? i dont want to have to keep deleting them. can i fix it? plz help. thanks.

                                        Eva: Sure. The transfer via infrared works just like between two computers, no additional software nor driver.
