It is an awesome phone.i love the gadgets that are in the phone eg.mobile safe, emergency phonebook,Survival dictionary etc. The only bad thing bad about the phone is the shocking battery life on it, but thats ok.its got fairly good talk time.rating 8.5 out of 10

The phone is pretty cool because no-one has it here in America, quite cheap and a blackberry comes with it. One has to know that the battery life on the phone is very bad, the phone can break very easily and besides its blackberry n keyboard, the phone doesnt have much to offer!!!!!

This phone looks alright, no camera :( not even a VGA!!! No MP3 ringtone support :( was thinking of getting it for $130 on Optus PrePaid in Australia but I really need a VGA camera to take pics of friends nd stuff at school, and I like MP3 ringtones!!!

            Hello All,
This phone seems to me to be awesome and I really dont see a lot of people in the states with it. (good thing)Could some one please tell me what else the phone has to offer beside the Blackberry emailing features?

            Thanks

Im thinkin of getting this phone in Aus for $129 on Optus. Is the phone too big to carry around & is heavier than normal at 144g. It seems to be almost as big as a 3210. It seems like a great phone but its size is the only concern. Any thoughts from current users?

even if the phone doesnt have camera, the phone looks good. has some of the best features, has 2 way functions and a full size key board. Sounds like a good phone 2 me.

I bought this phone and absolutely love it. I wanted a blackberry for ages, but they were so cumbersome, Good one Siemens.

                        Hi,
I phurchased Siemens SK65 late nov/05, overall its a good Standard Mobile Ph, but I've noticed that my SK65 FREEZES on me when i have not used it longer then an hour, i need to take out the battery and put it in again! for it to work! Has anyone had the same problem? or could you tell me why this happens?
                        Thanks
                        Take care.

Hello, sk65 supports instant messeneging? I didn't see this feature anyware and it would be a shame because it has that nice qwerty keyboard only for sms and mails. Please share if you have any info regarding this topic.
                            10x!

yess that is true yeebus. But its more expensive to buy all of the items seperatly. And its handy to have them in the one small device..and for it to be ....mobile

The 30MB stated on the Technical Specifications of the Siemens SK65 is the over-all internal memory of the phone. 21.75MB of this 30MB memory are the pre-installed applications and Blackberry Programs, which are read-ony files and are not possible to be modified or changed. The remaining 8.25MB is dedicated to the Flexi File System, where you save all your files (received or created) like messages (e.g. E-mails, MMS, SMS) and downloaded applications (e.g. pictures, icons, ringtones). hope this helps.
