i have an aino , im actually on it right now. the phone is okay. im trying to get used to the touch keypad from mini opera. believe it or not iphone keypad is much easier to use. remember mini opera is only a web app that lets you use your touch screen to browze the web which happens to have no t9 that im aware of. so thats a problem for me. i had the w580i before this which btw i loved, but recently broke in half when i dropped it. the ratio of expectatipns for that phone to fulfilment is 7:9 for aino its 9.5:8 . the w580i came with surpriswes and did more than i expected.aino is a little dissapointing yet somehow still amazing. anyways, this is taking way too long to type. bottom line it.s def not worth buying full price. i got an amazing deal and im satisfied. camera is okay. not good in the dark but the detail is amazing if you could hold it still enough. just expected it to be better. esp being 8 mp. flash sucks. macro focus does nothing. zoom is good. bluetooth headphones amazing. video great. lags a little. beautiful. gps is great. touch only for media is worse than i thought. look into it deeply before buying

im going buy a phone soon but im conf... moredont think to much.. just go n buy aino ...coz it has 8.1 mp cam ,excellent picture quality ,better sound quality than w995,it has facebook & you tube application,gps & wise piolot application..
i have bought this phone n a m very much satisfied.......

im going buy a phone soon but im confused wat phone shall i buy?? i prefer nokia 5800 n sony ericson aino?? which is better usage..battery/sounds/ doesnt hang out/images/... im quite confuse which shall i bought.. i lk sony ercison aino coz it look stylish but i nvr been use of sony ericson phones. n nokia im use wit it.... which is better ???? plz answer my question.. 10q so much

I... moreWhy am i still reading so many problems with this beautiful phone still, if my money cant reach X10 this is the phone id like 2 get in its place only 1 reason 4 its camera rly.Dnt fancy resesitive screens and dnt fancy design of satio.When u do the next update of ur aino plz inform me of its performance.Thanks.

the aino has a cool design but the software still awful.
I am waiting for one more update and if it still so laggy and buggy, I'll sell it.

i just bought my aino last november and unfortunately, i had to return it to the merchant because of my disappointment on the software. on the 6th day after i purchased aino, the following bugs appeared:
1. cannot delete my photos using the touchscreen section (prompted with the message 'cannot delete file')
2. when i went to the Media menu -> Photo -> All subsections/links disappeared
3. the 'back'button under writing new message is not functioning anymore. (Can't remember the exact error message and then it saves the message in the draft folder)
4. the 'delete'icon in the touchscreen section is not responsive
5. when i charge my battery, it does not reach 100%

this is the best phone i have ever used... i cant find anything bad to write about...may be a bit expensive :)

Anonymous, 26 Dec 2009if you would chose between "sony ericsson Aino & LG BL40 Ne... moreif i would choose between them i would choose Aino because of better 8 MPx camera,louder sound,cool look and also because i prefer SE
but that would be if they wouldn't be expensive

Ankit, 23 Dec 2009actually i hav skullcandy "inkd" headphones with 3.5 mm jac... more*yes u can use any other 3.5mm headphones and sound quality will improve..
*opera 5 mini browser does work properly with my aino
*you will probably have to update your phone; it's very easy when using the SE update manager
