i just bought this aino phone for 2 days..
i cannot download nimbuzz and do anybody here can tell me where can i downlod gps software that can b use without using internet.. like nokia phone??
im in malaysia , if dat will help..
the sofware version is 1226-0429r7aa071091124 and i dont know if its the latest software or not..

ibrahim, 12 Jul 2010i heard that the phone made in china is that true!!!??no,, but there r a cmpany in china dat practiclly mke a phne exactly the same desgn like diz one, the same name, but qualty is vry awful, it say got 5 mp camera bt it is only vga, u cn tell by lookg the size of the camera bhnd, lkein my plce in mlysia, u cn get trick by tht type of fon almost evrywhere,, so,, be btter lookg n as an advsed,,, you should buy it at orgnal sny ercsson store.. it is expnsve bt you cn guarnty the quality of the phne,

Michael, 12 Jul 2010i got the Aino & i was really like u jackie confused be... moreregarding in all the forum i had read including gsmarena. there having a lot of problem in aino, than in w995. so cant really decide which one. and w995 has better great sounds than aino.. w995 has 2 speaker. aino is only one if i'm corect..
so guys help me to compare w/c is better.. i dont like to regret again in buying wrong phone.

Can this phone handle being connected to the internet for hours? For example using Nimbuzz or other IM softwares. I really want to get this phone but if it cant handle that then its a major turn off. Whats the cpu of this phone? Its not listed so I'm a bit skeptical, maybe its kinda slow etc.. TIA

nano, 11 Jul 2010h guys,, got sme smll prblem here, but it kinda gving me a... moreThe Aino doesn't have a front cam....which means that video calls will be one-sided...u see the caller or vice versa..or u can use a mirror :D to make the caller see u...yes it's annoying but i found even the C905 the Cyber-shot phone is also wid one cam!!!...honestly it's not a big deal for me cuz i use the video calls rarely

[deleted post]i got the Aino & i was really like u jackie confused between these 2 phones untill i figured out that the Aino has everything the W995 has (the SE pc suite read the Aino as A walkman phone) plus u have a touch screen, the Amazing accessories (BT & Desk charger) & it has the specification of the K series(buisness phones) like push E-mail & exchange activ-sync etc....really u have 2 buy the Aino & u won't regret it

as for me,, i use it the whole day connected to wifi, chatting in nimbuzz, the morning its connected to the BT headset for like 6 hrs, when afternoon comes, its connected to wifi till midnight, it lasts 1 day, thats a good battery back-up. my previous 5530 wont even lst 5 hrs if i overlload it like that, and my firmware is 71 so it should be better when you get the 084, i cant update it tough cause its branded

Anonymous, 10 Jul 2010Someone with hands-on experience please do help me on this.... morei have the aino...the battery max life with average no. of calls &/or playing music time will be 1.5 - 2 days maximum...with maximum playin music time & phone calls or internet..it'll survive for 1 day(12-15 hrs) it's fine for me & i c it works very fine according 2 its specifications. n.b there r many ways to preserve batt. consumption u can benefit from it on the net & in the manual.

Someone with hands-on experience please do help me on this. I am interested in this phone. The only thing that matter to me is the battery life. With an average usage of the multimedia apps(mp3,internet etc.),how long would the battery last after charging it full and with only occassional over-charging?A day?2 days?3 mayb?
I've read thru most of the comments and found that some might say its really good and the rest otherwise. Thanks for the help.
