Michael, 04 Jul 2010no u didn't miss anything...if the ver. u have is 1223-3004... morewell the problem is my version is 1226-0429 R7BA084 100323. i believe it didnt change when i updated it

i have had AINO for 3 months now and it is indeed and amazing phone.
Music is superb thru BT headset, video playback is very good. Camera is damn good in nHD.
Overall it is a complete multimedia phone.

[deleted post]1st ofa all kiran....u can do a comparison side 2 side between these phones & c which fit u the most.... for me the aino has been wid me for 4 months...& it's perfect at least for me....it's battery is good at least better than other phones for it's options and specifications...i'm using the BT headset in my car stereo by its 3.5mm jack...i played it for 250 km(2.5-3hrs travel)...& the phone's battery was 75% from 100% & the BT was 60%...this plus it's amazing sound quality...music with aino is an experience...& the BT headset it's self is an incredible device which will make the aino 4 sure a better choice...listening wirelessly 2 ur music with this quality is really amusing (at least for me)...i didn't use the Nokia N97 mini but what i can say...the Aino is a unique phone u won't regret it....i suggest the Aino 4 sure

Martin, 03 Jul 2010Michael.. i tried to update my phone through the update ser... moreno u didn't miss anything...if the ver. u have is 1223-3004 R7BA084 100323..so ur phone is updated 2 the latest version...plus u can check for any new updates by air without using the update service software from: the general settings - update software.

sms capacity is more than 10000 on phn memory and later thn it can be saved into memory card so its having unlimited sms memory option.

Michael.. i tried to update my phone through the update service downloaded from SE but still the version stays the same. Did i miss something???

Hey guys I got a problem I want 2use my phone as a wifi modem on my pc. Pc suit an companion only allow me 2connect via da cable. But I want 2use da phone modem over wifi .pls help

i currently hv sony erc k750i .. the sms capacity is too low in d phn though i hv 2 gb card in my phn... anyone knws aino contains such issue?

And mine is operator locked, so i will really have to debrand it, yours is not operator locked, but still its from abu dhabi.. ya its right tht batry bakup is ltl low...but overall a good phn..its touch focus camera is good.
sound is nice and clear also// i think if u dnt want to go for aino thn HAZEL is a very good option it has higher sound on handsree thn aino..camera is 5 MP wch is gr88 i hv tried it..better batry backup and u cn save ur money also....

trisha, 01 Jul 2010hi there... i'm from the philippines also but i bought my a... morehi trisha., i just got my aino a week ago, sad to say, the unit they gave me (SMART TELECOMS) is a u10a, so, im also stuck in the 71 firmware, i cant update it, so, there is really no chance of updating our phone. unless we debrand it, i cant do that into my unit, it'll void my warranty, so, but as for you, yu can always do that anytime.. yours is noy operator locked.. just google it, how to debrand it

i ve had this phone for 6 months now, and its not as good as i expected. 1. battery performance is low 2. touch screen freezes 3. once you take the sim card out and put it back the date reverts back to jan 1st 2000. Conclusion is disappointment.

hi friend i have sony aino but there is big problem of battery in thish phone.its battery performance is very poor than nokia any model.so dont buy sony aino.

its a good phone but his battery possion is very bad
its standby time is max 48 hrs.
if any body wants 2 buy this phone pls beware company is not full fill his comitment there spacification is not accoding the phone.
