I bought this phone from TimTechs - wrooooong!!!THey have lower pricese but some vital accessories missing,so be careful!!The phone came.Charged it first time well.Used it for a day - battery last 5h talk time and several stand by.OK!Next day - tried to charged it but found it impossible since there was a message - can`t charge.use original SE battery. Left the phone on the book shell for 2 weeks while i was waiting for SE-USA to send me a new battery (they proposed).The battery came - nothing happened - still can`t charge,aaaand - the phone couldn`t find any network as if it hasn`t got antenna!!! Talked to a TimTechs support - first their question - was the phone dropped? A?! Second opinion - update your firmware and hard reset the phone - second I did w/o no one told me,but first -why should i even need to think about this??! Last thing I did - wrote to SE-USA again for help.I am waiting fro their response.
I really like the phone.It is light and got all the functions I want.The talk time might be not so well as I hoped for but I was going to be fine with 5h...But as you can see there some bad issues with it software.I hope a can fix mine, otherwise it will be smashed and thrown away

got on 3 from 3rd party co in oldham service was appaling sent phone back as was Mashed.

Can anyone share if its better to use USB or card reader to transfer? USB - damage the connector in the phone? Card reader - have to keep opening the flimsy M2 slot? Anyway, if USB, what is compatible cos the SE site only recommends card reader :( Thks!
