every thing in phone is fine but volume is very low .. i tried to change settings to mega bass but nothing gr8 worked ... so any suggestions how to increase the volume of C510

The voice quality is not that good either. I can't make out what the other end what saying, or the other way around. My area's got a very good reception. I guess it's a wake up call for me. Don't rely too much on what i read (reviews) on the net.

I didn't have a chance to compare the phone's performance before and after the software update. A day after i purchase this phone, i updated it.

Anonymous, 24 Jun 2009and how come is that? i mean there is no logic that if k810... moreWell n73 had a lot of noise indoors (Purple dots were horribly there and the LED flash of the n73 is useless compared with Xenon).Even n73 had the well known CZ optics,it wasn't really enough they didn't have what any normal point and shoot digicams carry it was the Xenon Flash (Once you used a Xenon flash camera phone you'll never return to led flash again) In a bright daylight,n73 had too much saturated colors,for example a violet sky rather than a normal clear blue sky,but details are great but over sharpening was present you'll might see it for example when shooting the tree branches purple fringing is present within branches.But n73 had a bigger screen and it's a smart phone but as a camera phone it isn't the greatest one.
If in the c510's condition we can't even find the appropriate Xenon flash but a sad Dual Led flash (at least a better Lighting diode than the Single LED from the n73) plus it has a bunch of extras like Smile detection and face detection.It shoots like the K800i outdoors(the greatest 3.2 megapixel in the competition)Meaning color is more accurate than n73..

Confused One., 22 Jun 2009k810 > c510 > n73. and how come is that? i mean there is no logic that if k810 camera is eaqual with n73 (based on different reviews on the internet), there is no sense that c510 can have better camera than n73... i need proof :)

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2009N73 dnt have beta pix quality over k810 nor k800.they are b... morefrom what i've read only k810 can compete with n73 in picture quality... the only difference between them (also from what i read on the internet because i don't have k810, i have n73me) is image coloring...

i'm using this phone 3 days, today i update the software...now it's working good, barttery life is now good as i compare before, i charge daily but now its going good...and i have no problem with it...

According to price this phone fetures is very bad.Photo and sound performence is too much poor.Just like any other Rs-4000 to 5000 ranges phone.There is no option to verify the phone detail before purchase. I am not satisfied with this phone.

Just take mine to the CPW service centre in South London. Told them the battery is poor, emoticons appear and disappear, screen doesn't always light up, slow running thru the menus. I get it back tomorrow.

I didn't have much of a choice here in India so I had to pick this phone up. It's nothing to look at, doesn't have the sleep mode clock/missed calls, sms's feature that the good old phones used to have. Why SE? The phone does lag or go slow at times when you switch through menus fast. The vibrator is very feeble and you can barely feel it through your jeans. The caller voice clarity isn't as good as my W850i. The image quality from the camera is quite good though but doesn't make up for all the other stuff that my old phone had and this one doesn't.
Also, in India, Sony Ericsson phones are being overtaken by the ugly-design Nokia's so there's really not much of a choice. And I don't like Samsung. What's happening here?

I'm using a 4gb card. The phone lags a lot particularly when opening the file manager. Any one of you having the same problem? Very annoying. I remove the card and the phone is lag-free. BTW, The battery is not good contrary to the reviews i have read. I have to charge it everyday.

Man,this phone is amazing id rate it 8/10!! sony ericsson makes good quality phones. its super thin than an n73!! get the phone!id recommend it. but i wish i had more money to buy the higher end models like XP1 c905. but ovverall it is a good phone! i had fun for the first time trying out the features!i wish u could do. id tell u to switch from nokia to sony ericsson. they make good faster phones unlike the nokia which will give you 100%lag. this phone is fast light and durable. ofcourse afordable! i bought this for 9,370 Pesos! one thing i dont like about this is the software!!! u need to install a bunch of crappy programs!!
