Question about Themes?
I have searched the opinions and some are saying this phone accepts 3rd party themes and some say it doesn't.
I have looked at the Zedge website and there are no themes for this phone which i find strange.
Can anyone confirm if this phone accepts 3rd party themes or can you only use the themes on the phone provided by SE

hey guys..in comparing the camera quality of this phone with the other se phones, try to upload it in your pc first and then do your comparing in there..not in the phone itself..because 3.2 mp is 2048x1536 pixels..which when viewed in a small screen phone,it will be distorted..

whe... moreLet me tell you guyz why does this camera lags during in low light conditions.
It's because this phone only has a small camera sensor (called CMOS) unlike in professional cameras or in midrange to high end digtal cameras. Due to it's small size and there's no way to control ISO boost it's your safest bet to trust your camera phone (In ISO terms),so in low light it needs light to feed on,causing your CMOS to get slower by accpeting more light,and you get a more blurred image (That's why you need a tripod or holding your hands still is needed).But when there's more light (using your LED flash) the camera speed may get faster resulting into more noise. (Lower ISO means more details but slower sutter speeds while higher ISOs has more noise but faster shutter speeds.So that's why a ISO boost menu is a must for a camera phone).
Only 1 cyber-shot model is equipped with ISO settings and it was the K850,but too many defects were found and image quality isn't that impressive (It was beaten by the n95,and n95 was beaten by the K800i)but in reality the c510 is a much better choice (Except for the flash that is) because it also holds the same CMOS of the K800i (Again except for the flash) So everybody who has purchased this product congratulations.
www.mobileburn.com had a shootout with the k800i and n95 see it for yourself.

of coz it have to flash b4 take picture...wat use if flash after u take pictue,the smile detection is use for taking piture at face...face ok..!!!

In Macedonia this phone is 130 euros, w705 is 220 euros. I bought c510, first I was satisfied,
because it is good looking,
black is better imo,
it's hard,
it's better on real than on the pictue.
But the camera is not so good indoors, and there is a mistake with the flash, it flashes before to take picture.
The second day the software crashed.
The smileshuter is useles, I don't know where I will use it.

Anonymous, 02 Jun 2009I thought it was a nice phone with great features, but the ... moreRe someone's post about getting hand cramps when texting: it's not the size of the buttons that cause the cramps, because you can sometimes learn how to use fingertips or nails to text without a problem. The main reason for hand cramps recently (and there's a lot of it about) is the thickness of the phone itself. Get an old phone out of the draw that's about a centimetre thick and you'll see what I mean. And please... if you don't get hand cramps when texting on a modern phone, don't come back at my post and get all 6th form prefect with me!! lol
