they priced it just right - this is one of the best deals they have come up with in a long time! Great fone, elegant design, good camera and 3g - all thats missing is wifi - but thats really for smartphones and would push up the price needlessly. Loses the bulk of the k770 and k800 or 810. I love that lens cover too. This fone and the t700 i think will help SE ride through this recession. I dont know why people always complain about wifi with every single fone - it would make it expensive and wifi is really useful if you are using VOIP softwares - for which you should really have a symbian os or windows mobile. Its also great for downloading apps - but again, more apps are available for symbian and win-mo fones - java apps for these mid range fones are few, and generaly quite small so u can download with gprs.

It is a beautiful phone like usual from sonyericsson but it lack Wlan to be perfect.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2009from all those phones i'd prefer w595 or c510w595 for nice music machine and have loud speaker(rather than c510), minus autofocus and makro mode.
c510 is for camera talents.
c702 is better in all side + gps.
w890 is a cool option ( very stylish + autofocus).

i gotta say this fone is usless
I'm a SE fan and i dont like this fone at all wats the point of making a cybershot with a 3.15 MP cam! the least they could do is put in it a 5MP cam!

I love this phone very much. Its looks very cute, cool n simple.. I also intererted with smild shutter, autorotate n youtube... I consider this one with c702 because it have a gps receiver. I hope this c510 will have a stereo speaker like the rocker cybershot c702. Anybody, tell me about the price, especialy in Indonesia...

I think so the phone will be out in UK at 23rd of February and its all ready out in some places.
Also I think that by looking at the phone it will cost around 90 pounds or around 135-140 pounds.
The phone looks really stylish/good with good specifications,hopefully I will get one in an contract with 3!
