i've just bought this phone and i can't normaly connect it to my pc. when i'm trying to load some stuff, pc crashes. i'm only able to load one or two songs and i have to unplug the phone, then to plug it back on, and then the same thing... it shows me an error, that can't transfer files. i'm using windows 7, so theres no need to install the software (although i did. but it doesn't work), i just connect the phone and that should be it. can someone help? it really bothers...

the link to the software upgrade makes me return to this exact page after clicking on it..
im planning on buying one tomorrow and after finding out that there is a solution to the camera and sound problem, i've already decided on buying one..

just want to ask if the inbox lags upon opening especially if it has about 1,000 plus messages?
is it worth buying? how's the battery life and is the text readable even if its sunny?

I would rate this mobile as one of the best in range from 7k to 10k (indian rupees)
It is better than any other Sony or nokia in this range.
It has a perfect design, great music and the best quality is it's picture quality.
Camera is really good...
It is a very good mobile..

If you have problems connecting to the internet, try this:
First open the media player and play some music.
Minimize the player and now try to connect, you will succeed.

I am using firstly sony Ericsson phone. C510 is a nice simply cyber shot phone in a affordable price. It has good qualities with its price range. I dont demand more but its should have metallic keypad and anti scratch body. But as it is good.i like it. Can anyone tell me about good quality pictures at night.

I have the black one and the grey parts of the phone should've been silver instead of grey. Even Sony Ericsson c510 dummies has the silver kind... I guess it's really just grey.

I finally found a solution for the night phot... moreThanks for the info. I've already downloaded a copy of the camdriver from your previous post (i guess). I'll try it later. Why Sony Ericsson can't provide the solution themselves? Modding is not an easy task.
One more thing. It seems to me i'm the only one complaining about the gray stripes of this phone. It just that i've seen some live photos of c510 where it's stripes has a silvery finish. Mine is a simple gray. How come? It made me think mine has an inferior quality compared to the one's with a silver finish. Sony Ericsson should produce the same phones throughout the different regions.

Bought it from a Sony Ericsson Store here in our place. Too bad, it does not include any m2 cards. You have to buy it separately which cost around PHP600 for a 2GB m2 card.
