Dust and splash proof best current model is Samsung M110. It has all the basic staff that one might need in a very reasonable price. C702 needs to be released first and checkk it out before commenting.
Nokia 5500 too many keypad problems. Nokia never managed to produced a proper problem-free splash proof mobile. Nokia 5140 no Bluetooth and still keypads not the best possible design.
GO for M110 Samsung if you want a dustproof splashproof mobile. Basic but it has even Bluetooth, FM radio, camera, Flash etc.

I always a fan of the Nokia 5100, Nokia 5140, and Nokia 5500.
I think this will be my next phone ^_^
