Hello... This is Sherry, Can anyone please help me ... I've a problem with my c901 which i bought 3 weeks b4. Right from my very first usage whenever i'm taking pictures/video i'm not getting those pics/videos stored in my phone memory/ memory card (no where). So it is no longer a camera phone now for me... How to rectify this problem.. Please suggest me a solution....

inthu, 26 Dec 2009Dear frenz...i need ur opinion. I thought of buying new hp.... moreI agree with the others.. go for c901. Im a C902 user for more than a year and exchaged it for c901 last month. C902 suddenly shuts down when you use "heavy applications" like music player for like 1 to 2 hours. And you have to disable 3G feature if you want the bat to last longer.. Most importantly, c901 has a xenon flash AND Led. c902 only has LED. Xenon realy makes ur photos very cool!!

For me, THIS PHONE is sTill great although it doesnt have GPS bcauSe it has a GOOGLE maP aPPlicationa which is so great and Nice,,

Sony ericsson need to stop using fastport and start implimenting micro usb, 3.5mm audio etc

Its a problem with most cam phones becuase the flash is so close to the lens.
Its very easy to fix in seconds in Photoshop.

I have been using C901 for almost three months now. I am unable to get rid of red eye, even after using the Red Eye Reduction option in cam, it creeps in. Can anyone advise how to handle this.

like you i've been using K800 for abt 3yrs and just bought a C901 last week. in addition to lost signal, do you experience the brownish display on its lcd? I'm quite disappointed on its LCD DISPLAY. K800 captures more natural color. or can i say that my phone is a "LEMON"? or is it just the way it was built?

kamran - I've the C901 for a few months and have also had a Nokia N82.
For me the C901 is much better ... image quality better, a lot smaller phone, better interface and email support.
I'm suprised you dont like it, maybe you have a poorly built C901 ... I am constantly amazed by the picture quality of the C901 ...

i purchased this set 2days back after hearing its cammera specs.but it was a great disappiontment to see the cammera results.there is some sort of fadding effects of the pic taken.i also updated the cell software but all in vein.i was previously using n82 and feeling no hesitation to say that carl zeis optics are much much better than sony ericsson.2nd issue with this set is its bettry timing whicg is also a big flaw of this set.3rd problem which i felt is that whenever i close 1 programme and opend other there is always some sort of bluring of colours of the screen.i read an opinion on this web site that pic quality is gud when vewing on the computer..but overall this set is not upto mrak.another problem is the bad quality of the sound.in short this set is not upto mark.dont go for it therwise u will be annoyed as i m.

Love the phone! Really interesting feature, really responsive phone and good speaker... But! Why they dont put gps in it?! It will be perfect phone if they put gps in it!! Why!!! Oh... Btw the cam just ok, I think is not as good as I thought. Maybe because I own slr and put to much hope in the camera. Overall... Really good phone :d

how to know that the my phone has been fully charged?? i am using SOny ericsson for thr first time so dont have experience of using it... previously i was having nokia 6303 and in that the phone displays a mesaage that the mobile has been charged and u can unplug the charger but i dont get any message like this in sony ericsson C901... so how would i know that the phone has been charged??

have you tried updating your C901?? you see the real problem is the resolution in the LCD but when transferred on computer, it turns out perfect!! its just the resolution that annoys me. pls enlighten me about updating coz i never done that before.

this time i got the real "problem". the resolution on my phone lcd shows this brownish thing but when transferred on my computer, it turns out perfect. however, when viewed on my phone, its darker, brownier/yellowish than my K800. one more thing. while browsing SE site, i am recommended to update my phone. should i or should i not update?? i always use AUTO on my shots.

This might be as a result of selecting night mode when you are taking photo. Try to change, this your problem will be solved.
