Fantastic Phone... loved it.... then it started to go wrong! Crashes, keypad failing, turns its self off, ringing people compleatly of its own accord, alarm clock not going off... the list continues. Shame because its first 2 months of use were fine and I would have said the best phone I've had, but now I hate it and would not reccomend it to anyone, just for the endless problems I've now encountered.

when my phone is on the standby mode its screen is totally black, not shows clock or even missed calls or new sms, and I have to unlock the phone to see if new sms come or not, anybody could help?

i hate photo flash.. xenon is better.. =)
and the groups in contacts is only ten..
but over-all, it's a great phone.. i don't regret it..

K850i is good n also c902. but C902 more handy n slim, i love it

Like I wrote on the comment page, I bought this phone some time ago, and the biggest disappointment is the photo flash. In my opinion an LED flash would've been better, the thing I don't like about the xenon flash is it uses up more battery life and it needs to recharge a bit, and I like taking and taking and taking pics...
the screen is okay, just too small for me.
Even though I, too, would like to see SE make screens with 16 million colors, I compare the pics on my C902 with my mom's N95 and there isn't much of a difference. Actually the icons in the menu look better on the SE than the N95. So I'm okay with the 256K screens, for now. the phone is pretty solid and I really like it. So I would recommend it to any one who wants a 5mp camera phone with alot of memory, since I read that it can go up to 8Gb... also, the volume isn't that great for listening to music very loudly, since it's not that loud. But it is a great phone. Just lacks some features that seem basic in Nokia phones like wi-fi and the flash could be better.

well if you whant a 5 megapixels camera and good memory you should look the SE w902

It is just one week that I have bought this phone , everything is great but its battery talk time is even less than 4 hours and its screen is too dark and 256 color screen for a phone with 5 MP camera is not good, when SE whants to produce 16 milion colores screens?

I think that all the phones have problems..And they don't have the same problems...But I need your help... I am looking for a phone with a GOOD camera (5MP!!!!) and big memory...Can you help me please....

yaya, 15 Jan 2009i found that my sony Ericsson C902 does not look bright as ... morewith more brightness, it will lessen the battery's life..
i'm keeping it on 50%..

my phone having the same problem too...when i try to make calls,the number freeze at the screen but actually the calls already goes thru.and when i want to hang up ,the screen still showing the number that i dial...after ten seconds only back to main theme.this is frustrated me can anyone tell me whats wrong with it?how to solve it then?

I'm not surprised so many people have software problems with the time it takes for SE to actually release a phone after announcing it. By the time it actually gets in peoples hands its probably been sitting in a box for a year, so obviously you would have to update software.

i see some comment about the sms tone is short, can anyone tell me how long (many seconds) does the tone ring?
