The 8 megapixel only 'blinds' its buyers, the buyer doesnt look ahead of the camera, i agree that such a camera with xenon flash and featurers are tempting but think about it, this phone definetly goes for above $650 and it doesnt even come with a touch screen for faster use nor a high definition screen which are both common nowadays to digital cameras. I bet that the maximum optical zoom goes upto 3x, and you can get a sony t300 for less than $300 with 5x optical zoom, 10.1 megapixel with a high def. Screen, touchscreen and better features such as smile shutter. It also comes with carl zeiss lens, a higher iso functionality and advanced image stabilization which the c905 definetly doesnt have. Now Isnt that a better option to the c905, maybe before buying this phone you should wait for se to improve optical zoom in their phones since se are radically improving their phones and introducing them in the market as soon as possible, and by that time nokia and other phone makers would have already introduced an phone with better capabilities compared to the c905 not knowing that a new se is on its way to the market. In this way you would be able to compare the phones and then buy the 'best' phone in the market. For phone makers, the issue of megapixels is the main focus, thats why you should wait.

This one will cost at least $650. But 10.1 mp ,16x digital zoom Nikon camera costs $380. Is c905 worth of the hefty price?

Whats the point of hav... moreThe point is that the nokia N 90 used to have a carl zeiss lens...and it got it's ass kicked by the se k750 with no remarcable lens...so how did he did it???...simple....it's all about the image sensor...and sony knows that well....and i forgot to mention...you ask why this phone has 8 mpx....simple...because there are 8 mpx digital cameras out there and this phone wants to offer a comfortable alternative....look at leica cameras they have the best lens...but they get their ass kicked by Nikons cos they have a better image sensor

Whats the point of hav... moreHow can you say this won't have a good camera, the N95 has an awesome camera, especially with the latest firmware, but the k850 has a better in everyway except maybe in perfect lighting with the n95's image processing, the C905 will be amazing. The N95 hasn't even got Xenon flash!

The first information on the C905 appeared, revealing that the top cameraphone will come with 8-megapixel resolution and Xenon flash.

You've posted that photos taken with this phone can't be viewed on hi-definition tv. Heard about DLNA? Of course you didn't...cause with the C905 you can share you photos via DLNA to your TV or PLAYSTATION 3 wirelessly, get that? Without cables! And therefore show photos in glorious large size.

I dont understand se and their fans. Whats the point of having a high resolution camera and you cant view it on a high definition screen. This phones camera doesnt have even a carl zeiss or schnieder lens so even though the c905 has 8megapixels, i would prefer the nokia n95, n96 which have a 5 megapixel camera with a 16 m colour screen and n82 has a xenon flash. Imagine when nokia comes up with a 8 megapixel camera which will have everything. Se dont think when they make their phones! On the se c905 you would have to send it via bluetooth or mms to a phone with a 16m colour display. How stupid!...nokia are the best in all specs. The only se that is fly is the k850i, i would love to see that phone be upgraded to a 8megapixel camera, i love its design and dont mind that it has a 256k display, i hope that is upgraded, has wifi and wlan and its camera should have good professional optics, but i know all this is not possible because se are useless!!
