HAHA!!! Cheapskate se no front cam for video call. Have to use main cam...come on se this is 2009 for god's sake...what a joke!!!

I went by the AT&T store and took a look at the phone. It has a nice solid feel to it, the slide is smooth and made one little creaking noise as I twisted it. The plastic is good quality, and the overall size of the phone was actually smaller than I thought it would be. Here's the problems though, the keypad felt like it was made out of a thin, hard plastic. It felt like it would crack if I pressed it too hard or used it too much. The screen had an orange color to it, so I asked a sales rep. if it was supposed to be that way, it turns out the phone had locked up. Too bad, I really like this phone, I was hoping the bugs would have been worked out already, since I was looking at the new US model, the C905a.

Damn suk tis phone.speaker problem n need to repair rm180,only riben.i feel disadpointed when i got it.nokia n70 better than that.

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2009Does anybody buy into the idea that carrier specific versio... moreAT&T carries this phone in the US. Guess what they did? They locked out wifi AND locked out 3rd party apps. If you want to use GPS you are forced to pay extra to use AT&T's GPS service.
If you want this phone in the US, unlocked would be best.

i'm looking 4ward to have this c905, but all the -ve comments make me somehow losing hopes 4 this fon, but i still wanted to hv it coz i think it's the most suitable 4 me..
i fancy se.. is there any appropriate choice rather than this one, or shud i continue to buy this one?
i'm asian.. the suppliers r the same as in europe n us??

Does anybody buy into the idea that carrier specific versions of any phone are more buggy/faulty than unlocked ones? I hear alot of people complain because they got their phone through a Euro carrier. As is usually the case here in the states, carrier specific models have a lot more trouble than unlocked phones. Any thoughts?

absolute garbage! keypad lags and freezes so texting is almost impossible! and the loudspeaker is useless as it makes you sound like a duck! - got the phone on an upgrade on O2 and have gone back to using my N95 which is a million times better! ....one to be avoided!

It already comes equipped with the software update, but the network locked version (through at&t) has a somewhat diminished email client. The C905a unlocked version will be released in the US in the next few months.

i think d earpiece s d common problem for se fones....i got problem wd my earpiece too i had ds fone 4 5mos. already bt very nice fone esp. d camera

yeah.. mine too.. i got earpiece and keypad problems.. i already wasted my money to replace the broken parts and cost me more than $100.. i hope this time my phones will be fine as new.. hope so..ehe.. if not i'll change to IDOU, thats more like it.. =D

Att now carrys this the C905A. Glad to see they are finally carrying a higher end sony ericsson. Although they ruined it by pulling off wifi! This is gonna lose them a lot of sales.

I have big problem with battery it least only 2 days, a don t use camera, have small talk few minutes,and send few sms. I m sad, I like my C905,but very disappointed :(

Piece of junk phone. I sent mine 3 times for repairs already with the same earpiece problem!
