I love this phone, I really really really do. It has the best features of any non-pda/iphone style phone around. but...
I'm about to return it to the service centre for the second time since i've got it and the second time in three months.
The first time was the two common issues that have plagued many of the C905's the speaker doesn't work unless on speakerphone and the sticky keypad.
While both of those were fixed, now I have the opposite speaker problem, I can hear people on a call fine but the external speaker doesnt work, so no ringing, no speaker phone, no keypad tone, nothing. I have to rely on the vibration to hear a call coming in.
& the past week or so, the battery has started running down at an alarming rate. It used to last for quite some time and now I need to charge it every day to capacity because it runs right down to red, and I might only make one or two brief calls and a few text messages. This is without using gps, without using internet, without using bluetooth - it's not connecting to anything and nothing is running in the background.
While I love the phone, I feel like the model is a bit of a lemon across the board.

people what the hell are you doing with your SE c905 phone. been using c905 for 2 months now,i have never encountered any problem with this baby. cam is awesome, phone does not freeze nor restarting by itself. update your phone software if you encounter any fault with the phone SEUS will fix the problem

Hmmm... C905 is better when it comes to camera but overall, I think it's still better to choose N82 because phones with slides if got broken are hard to be fixed and no HSCSD for c905. overall, i still think N82 is better.

any one have same issue like mine? number 6 and 3 have problem, its working but its not like other pads who bounce back if your press it but its hard to press it, not soft... need help, what should i do? i love this phone, great camera, i love it, but some issue that im dealing with it... any advice or idea

This phone is not good for the repeated issues i have had....In 6 months I have had a total of four handsets ! Each time the same fault, the speaker malfunctions and you have to hold down C to hear a caller! And eventually even doing that fails to work. This problem is clearly inherent to this model. I wouldnt bother with it.. It's a shame as the camera is second to none. i know orange have taken it off their availabe model lists.

DONT GET THIS PHONE!! i got this for myself and one for my partner too... after 9days my speaker broke, and it was replaced now, i have had it repaired 3 times for the speaker and my partners twice for the speaker, also keypad especially the Cancel button wont work, and keep getting Phone status message poping up every 2 mins. had to argue for Hours to Phones4u to finally get them to swap for a different Make and model

i hav newly bought this wi fi phune.the video button isnt working fine.i may chnge it sooner but its 2nd set which has same problem

I am on my 4th C905 now. Each phone has been returned with same fault - earp speaker breaking and so can only hear person im talking to by using Loud Speaker. A shame as its a good phone, just a pity each of them seems to have same speaker faults.

Ichose this fone as a upgrade in Nov 08, in Jan my mic on the fone went fauly i had it repaired whoch ws fine untill the mic went again in march.
Battery life is VERY poor. even if i didnt use the fone much or the camera one day i would still to chareg the fone every night. i would reccommend anyone to go for the C905

The C905 is an excellent mobile except that it does not have office application(Word, Excel, Powerpoint & PDF).

I already use this phone for 4 days , i can say :
* Poor battrey life .( only 24 hours with some picture and calls )
* Very bad video quality : 2/10 .
* Camera lens cover easy scartched with first contact .
* Sound speaker is average , i can confirm .

has anyone had a problem with casing cracking? My C905 is 7 months old and has cracked at the bottom of the screen. I just got it back after getting speaker bit fixed, I too had to put it on loud speaker to hear people
