actually the dealer gave some other headset, but i insisted him to provide mh610, otherwise im not going to buy the handset. so he gave mh610.

So looking at the price difference, it's surprising to hear that MH-610 is better...
This is the reason for confusion...
In fact there is a marginal hike in the cost of cedar...which i assumed was because of the inclusion of a more expensive headset....
Curiously waiting for any clarifications on this...

i purchased cedar last week, everything is fine
i like to connect cedar via bluetooth from PC, ie PC and cedar, both connected properly, but while transferring files from PC to cedar, im getting error as could not send files, drivers not installed properly.
but im able to connect cedar with hazel and tranfer files between the two.
also i have installed PC companion, gordons gate in PC
if possible can u people help me out to solve this issue. i know that i can use memory card reader to transfer files, but till now i haven't purchased a data cable and memory card reader.

Supplied headset is mh610 g... morei purchased the mobile from "the mobile store" and not from any road side hawker.....
my charger model is EP310 and is made by salcomp (it's original)... but taking 2.5 hrs to charge a 1000maH battery is way too long so i use my class 5 samsung 800mAh charger to complete charging in below 2 hrs flat.
mh410 earphones are made by sony erricson and was provided with the set(which i got and is original) is mediocre compared to mdr-12lp (sony earphones). i don't got the mh-610 maybe due to i purchased the mobile on september 2011 when prices have gone to 4200inr... :(
wreck and vineet have purchased the mobile earlier and got mh-610 when the price was avobe 5000inr.(maybe earlier in 2011) i have confirmed this on sony ericsson head in kolkata.
so go and find out current earphones bundled with the set before commenting me

It got universal 3.5mm and microusb ports, whereas naite got fastport prone to dirt and functionality issues after 2 years.
Cedar got the db3350 driver much better than naite's version.
Cedar got better video playing capabilities and can play subtitles with videos.
Cedar got walkman 4.0 the latest version inside too.
Besides 3.5g hspa is faster too.
Naite got picture editor, video editor and certain software stuff, video screen shot and a front camera. Thats the major plus it got over cedar.
Besides its backcover is some sort of minor scratch proof rubber coating and its slimmer, no ergonomic design though.

Prakash, 21 Sep 2011I can't choose b/t nokia c2-01 and se cedar. Plz suggest me... moredear friend,
c2-01 cant even play low quality mp4 without getting stuck. Change themes and it restarts. Camera resembles 1.3mp clarity. And you cant see anything in the display if you tilt it a very little.
Besides its umts 3g, that was used in mid-ranged phones in 2007-08 . Too old and snail slow when compared to todays 3g, its just a mere speed upgrade from todays EDGE.
Undoubetdly Cedar is better than C2-01.
Go for it.
It got multitask, full multimedia, mp4 video recording, nhd, low hd, hvga, qwvga playbacks, besides change acoustic driver camera driver....etc
got a wonderful camera too
it got unlimited heap and java size.
and the major plus is the HSPA 3g bandwidth of 7.2mbps, c2 supports umts only bandwidth of just 376kbps....

Dexwellah just extract the farmanager in zip or rar. Then find the icon which is in color blue then you're good to go. Then before proceeding search for some tutorial on how to do it. It's pretty confusing at first.

I did it. I updated my cedar's software. It took me just 30minutes. The internet cafe where I updated my cedar has great internet speed.
