Far manager couldnt recognise the phone if its turned on or connected without pressing and holding the 'c' key.
You installed farmanager and downloaded the acoustics.

The whole default file system of cedar is available for download in se-nse forum.
If you think its risky, download the default drivers first before modding.
Just google search
And its nt farfield-call.wbxml, but farfield-ring.wbxml to be replaced.

You have to press and hold the 'c' key while connecting.
And install far manager and download acoustic packs first.
If you connect the phone without c key, the phone automatically goes to filetransfer mode.

Download farmanager.

Install it in your pc.
Run the file
Press alt+f1
A new window pops-up
Select SEFP2
And click 'connect'
Turn off your phone and connect it to pc holding the 'c' key.
Wait like that till phone information and a new message pops-up, press ok.
You are now in the system files of your phone.
Left side of far manager is phone files and right side is your pc.
Drag and drop the acoustic files from your pc namely,
farfield_play.wbxml
farfield_rec.wbxml
farfield_call.wbxml
Into ifs->settings->acoustics
In the left side.
After copying, press f10 to exit far. Unplug the phone and ,re-insert battery(optional) , turn-on the phone.
For various acoustic packs visit se-nse forum or google search best acoustics cedar
Do it once and u would be able to help others, its so simple next time.

I suggest him cedar. But he is intrested in Elm.

The ppi in 640x360 widescreen videos are too high that the pixel points are more invisible than 320x240 videos.
Means the phone isn't changing the video rendering into below 320x240 sizes.

No matter what the max size/ resolution of video files can be played on the phone, we should refer to the screen size. Since the screen is 240x320 only, you won't see any images "shown in the screen" with amount of pixels more than 240*320 pixels, that's the default-capability.xml was trying to say. When you're playing a nHD (640x360) resolution video file with the moving pics are set to be shown entirely on the screen, the movie actually has been scaled - or rendered - down to 320x180 pixels. As well as 640x480 will be scaled down to 320x240, because that's the max capability of the screen.

Man it doent support blueray, no projector,no subwofer cnt play GTA4 cn play 2 movies at same time....Haha

From the posts it appears that the sound of Cedar can be increased by various means. What I dont understand is why wouldn't Sony Ericsson already do what could be done to give the best output in everything? It makes sound business sense, doesn't it? Therefore I think tampering with sound drivers would do more harm than good in the long run.

I use hazel, which is capable to record video in VGA res. (640x480) But its .xml file says about video (in short): format prefered mp4, framesize id QVGA - width =320 height =240, avgvideobitrate =768 peakvideobitrate =1536, subtitles, aac sound 128 kbits. That sounds to me as the playback capability...
