hi friends i bought this mobile from poorvikka chennai one moth before . The phone is not working now just put the charge only i am not able make it on the phe its takes more than half n hour i restore it now its take more than one hour to make it on, please help me i am able to update the software now,

HaI frnds., I suffered a jerk in msgng, wen i stored upto 17000 msgs in my inbox and sent items. I'd move al tat msgs 2 seperate mem crd nd detatch tat from my cel and then restore my settings.
But aftr tat., i cant find my msgs in tat mem crd! Any1 xplain hw cud it be posibl!
I lost al tat 17000msgs.

There is another option available -> u can set diff. ringtone and msg alert for every diff. contact in ur phone.

i've used CEDAR for more than 4month.. so far, this is the best phone is ever being mine.. haha.. i mean it..
great design, easy to use and lot of things to explore.. worth for my money.. i recommend it!!

cedar's 2mp camera is stunning like that of nokia 5233 touch.
where as both c2-01 and x2 have just numbers but the clarity of an old 2005 model vga camera.
cedar performs like that of a smartphone and multitask,
whereas c2-01 claims itself to be a smartphone but performs like a java phone with slow interface and no multitask.

Its very excellent featured phone another then smart phone. its not a smartphone, but its better then nokia java based phones...

after a long time I have got a very good phone.... just loving it using along with my Blackberry..... good net speed, good display.. style, headphone sound.... minor side is loud speaker volume, qwerty key board... but still it rokz.... sonyericsson u still rocks.....

i having problem on my youtube streaming.. the quality of video and sound is not good.. how can i solve this problem?? and also, can i install other browser to my cedar?

2 MP camera in SE cedar is better than 3.2 mp camera in nokia c2-01. 3G in c2-01 is of very old technology( max speed is only 376 kbps) but in SE cedar u will get 3.5G / 3G HSDPA / Turbo 3G which provides max 7.2 Mbps speed.
3G in nokia c2-01 is not actual 3G, it's only kind of enhanced version of Edge.
Also cedar provides Multitasking, bigger screen, awesome java support(SE phones support almost 100% java apps) while nokia phones don't support a big part of java apps, super smooth user interface, very speedy, no hang or switching off issues like nokia, a flashy and very good media player, preloaded (facebook, twitter, my space, barcode reader, accuweather applications), preloaded Google Maps, applications like Track Id, sense me, music call which r present in Cedar r not in c2-01 .
Video recording quality of cedar is 2-3 times better than c2-01(i compared by downloading sample video from gsmarena review of c2-01)
Cedar has 280 mb internal memory but c2-01 has only 45 mb internal memory. Cedar provides video calling but c2-01 doesn't have video calling.
The only drawback in cedar is it's low loudspeaker volume but volume in headphones is very good with MegaBass equalizer.
Now it's upto u which phone u want to use.
