If u can wait a little than there is a successor to X10 mini/ mini pro. Photos have been leaked and it would probably launch in next two months. Screen size is almost same or a little bigger than X8. Processor, ram and internal memory have been claimed to be far better than X8/mini/mini pro.
By the time this successor launches X8 price will go down very much and the successor will launch around price of 15k.
It would be better to wait for some time but if u have to buy urgently than let me know, i'll suggest some other android phone.

But now I want a new touchscreen smartphone so I m not deciding which should I buy android phone
Can u help me to choose a phone in range of 14k
If x8 will upgrade for froyo I go for it

cedar is the best to play videos and when hearing music with headphones and megabass.
i dont own 5130 but have x2 and trust me guys the 64mb ram is too low to run an s40 interface i think.the phone restarts and blinks ocassionally when you start ovi player or play some heavy graphic game like rally master-pro.while in cedar its real smooth,superb cool

Nd i am nt getng gud speed on 3g network its just 50Θ kp ps nd m nt able to stream videos . So shud i update it .

Things which r shipped in cedar's retail box -> cedar handset, MH610 headphones, 2 gb memory card, charger, greenheart pouch.
Make sure that the retail box has not been opened before u buy the phone.
