If one particular brand is more realistic to you, then by all means go for it. We won't hold it against you even if you brand switch. Again, needs comes into play. I am more than happy to see people deciding on their own what to buy rather than what have other people seem to "push" you into.
I wish to see more in this OPINIONS section more about unbiased posts rather than brand bashing. We'll, that just me. :)

Currenty at 3,995 pesos (Philippines) or 90.6307 USD. No included micro-SD card. 8GB micro-SDHC is worth 650 pesos or 14.7459 USD. That's a little over 105 USD both the phone and the memory card. If that isn't reasonably priced, i don't know what is.
Bottom line is, pound for pound, this is the best price to feature phone i have seen so far.

if u have such a problem with
the speaker loudness, open the
back cover, remove the mesh
covering on the speakers and
then try... some guy on this
forum suggested it long time
back.... it seems the volume
increased 5 times for him !!
i hv tried it
no speaker damages
as a mesh is given below
memory card
and one inside the phone
i just remove phone mesh it
rocks.........
the guy who tried first time is
awesome

Sony Ericsson is giving us nothing these days. So this is the new basic phone model truly cheap. However it provides average battery life, slow menu response, unreliable plastic case. I will not pay 100 bucks just for the bluetooth and 3.5 mm jack! Ericsson has turned disappointing, although bac in the 2003-2005 they used to have the fastest most organized menus and great looks. Giving up the great SE menu it is time to once again turn to NOKIA!

Money is not My Problem, I can afford any one of Above.
Camera is Not My Priority. Priority is 3G Internet.

basically this phone has maximum feztures in this price range. my major disappointment is the loudspeaker which is awfully low. this is not one expexts from sony. but u hear song in headphones its good. iam unable to set the songs in my memory card as ringtone. can anyone help?

debashish, 29 Jan 2011itz a good phone.worth,,but the loudspeaker is bit poor..Haha. I don't bother about the loudspeaker of this phone. Why? Bcause my lifestyle requires me to keep my phone in a silent mode most of the time. And i don't put my phone miles away from me so i dont need a phone that has a very very loud loudspeaker. I am also a music lover and i am satisfied with this phone. I don't listen through loudspeaker rather through an earphone w/c gives me an amazing experience. I can feel a rich and a realistic boom boom sound because of megabass ( through earphone w/ buds). Even when i'm using the nokia express music, i don't listen through their loudspeaker. At home, i connect my phone to my 2.1 channel multimedia speaker for superior music experience. My point is don't let this phone down just because of its loudspeaker flaw. At its PRICE RANGE, can anybody give me a phone superior to cedar?

The talktime of phones are measured under specified conditions & is the maximum talktime-value of the phone. Actual battery-backup may vary. I found that with moderate usage the battery lasted for 3-4 days, which is sufficient enough..

this pone are very good in terms of browsing the net, application , and many useful features, cam just right, music are good when it come to earpiece,, but the speaker is the downside,, Overall Very Good pone on its Price ranga compare to other pone ,, Buy it!!! also i download operamini 5 @ pinoycybertron.wapego.com and it workz very good!!
