let me tell u something ...
Every nokia, samsung, sony ericsson ,motorola , apple phone is made in china.
Nokia ships china made phones to the whole world except finland & few other adjoining countries(it's home country).
Samsung ships china made phones to whole world except korea. Sony Ericsson ships china made phones to whole world except Sweden. Motorola ships china made phones to complete world except USA. Same is the case with apple.
These companies have their authorised manufacturing units in china & they follow internationally applied rules there.
So ... No need to worry about it.

Does this phone come with a phone, charger, usb cable, headset and how many gb memory card is in the box as need to know only. Does it support up to 16gb external memory or not? Is sound very loud through speaker and take full or halfway pictures for camera. How is messaging and is very loud for incoming calls and message tone. Please reply it as possible.

Open the back cover it says phone is made in china, in china they use banned technologies like dry soldering, no proper insulation of components . Is it safe to use this handset ???? SE has made this handset in china to cut costs at consumer risk ???

I've been using it since it was launched in India n I can assure u that it's the best cell I've used till now (List includes Nokia 3110c, SE W700i, SE 810i, Nokia 5320XM). It's 600 mhz processer is supreme in this category n there are no lags what so ever. It's a smart phone after all, not a feature phone.
If looking for a reall smart phone under ur budget, go for It. Don't4get to update ur firmware. It's really really cool. I love my Nokia C5 so does my friends too.

Brand matters, Each brand has unique features and quality.
If you are a Audio and Java games apps flick then
without option go for SONY its worth a lot.
or
if you interested in clicking pics go for Nokia C5 (3.15 mp) .Thats it.

brought this phone a week back..
works great...
multitasking is good.. can run several apps at a time..
gprs is faster compared to other 2g phones.. havnt used 3g yet..
on music quality, my review is common.. headphone quality is loud and clear.. but not throu speakers...
no front camera.. have to use a mirror for 3g.. no flash..
Pros:
Internet connectivity is fast
Battery life is good (talktime is good)
TEXTING IS AWESOME
comfortabe key pad
bluetooth connectivity is fast
multitasking
Cons:
No front cam
speakers are not loud
camera quality is avg

i was ready to buy da nokia c5...but in gsmarena review dey said about sum disputs in camera quality...suggest me da best value for money phone in 5-7k range...help me out...cz m gonna buy a cell in 2-3days

btw...
Nokia XM phone's sound sucks...
Only phone worth considering in XM is 5800.
All other xm's can't even stand the sound of basic phones of se.

And when I use my high quality headphone, compare to nokia xm, cedar's sound is really poor!

just bought cedar yesterday. internet is really fast. sound quality is great and yet low output when using speakerphone..
fast transistions, multitasking, and really fast internet.. c: i like it.
