Guys I need help. I want to buy a cell phone in budget of 15k - 16k. My requirements are pdf viewer (must), should be capable of playing avi movies or videos atleast (video) of 100 mb size. I like se but if some other brand then also no problem. No problem regarding camera megapixels. I want a android cellphone. Thanks guys and please help

All Those who think cedar is not a good buy for rs 5400 please suggest which one to buy rather than just finding the faults in this mobile. If you don't reply to this,it means that this is the best for 5400 INR. Smard at-least i need a reply from you,be honest and post something which makes sense, don't post something like 1616.

This guy was comparing the earpiece volume(used to hear calls) of 1616 with cedar.
And he was right by comparing them bcoz these dirt cheap phones like 1616 have excellent earpiece sound.
