Its been two months my room mate bought this phone, Its worth for the money u pay. Camera quality is good enough for this price better than other phones in this same price, the sound quality is cool , he uses a creative EP630 thanks to the 3.5mm jack and actually its clear, The best part is its 3G speed its very fast we both use 3G sim and when we use it as a modem we are able to download stuffs at a speed of 320Kbps which is good enough. What i liked is its simple design nd awesome keypad its really good plannin to buy it i have a samsung omnia and a nokia E series but this phone has impresed me with its capabilities.A increase in 1000 rs with a front cam would be great tweak. The onlydisadvantage is the external speakers they are low...
1. Great 3G internet phone
2. Good sound Quality(Not awesome)
3. Good handy camera
4. Awesome Keypads.
5. good battery back up
Actually worth the money...any one is blinkin better go and see it in a showroom u will love it even i loved it.

Narayana, 19 Nov 2010Hey man I have sony bravia home theatre I know about d soun... moreDude bravia is not associated with sound its a hd television and just by possessing a hi fi sound system doesn't mean you know everything about sound and what Abhi said was right its mentioned in many reviews just google it and find it out yourself...one more thing i've used naite for about 4 months I switched to naite coz my old w580 broke and i've used its earphones with naite the sound quality was ok after the firmware update but it was no where near cedar and w580

For those of... morePeople buy phones for their use and their usage styles differ !
For people who cant live without phone loudness and super-duper camera, CEDAR is a no go !
But for people who like to use the phone as a phone and at the same time use its modem functionality and compatibility with 'my phone explorer' software for mass sms-ing , and comfortable ergonomics , CEDAR is HIGHLY SATISFYING !
The best COMPARISON for Cedar is nokia 2730(my 3 friends have it) and that also is not free from criticism and issues.

If u call naite's sound quality much better than cedar's than I would not hesitate to say - u don't even know a word about sound quality.
This is the truth - In naite bass level is more than cedar & the extra bass overshadows the poor sound quality lurking around in naite.
This extra bass doesn't let out ears listen to sounds other than bass effect & singing voice(background music is almost overshadowed)
Try using voice, treble options simultaneously in both the phones & u will come to know the diff.

all 2mp camera phones of the recent times perform horribly under day light and night ...
in day light pictures tend to be just ok!
and in night the images tend to blur more or pixelate.
none of the 2mp cams have carl zeiss , cybershot or Schneider Kreuznach optics to produce superior images .
its unwise to expect good camera features in any phones these days ..

sound quality in speaker is very clear with crisp bass even though the volume level is not so louder as other phones.
Earphone quality is some what different due to the type of headset provided with the set which have low impedance that's why volume little low, but this can be compensated easily as its provided with a 3.5 mm audio jack which can connect any type of earphone or headset found in market.

Every one is telling d sound quality is good. But its not that good in earphones d volume is very low if we keep full volume it gives distorted sound n bass effect is totally goes off. if we reduce 2 volume points some noise is coming n d bass effect is distorting. This is d way the sony audio works very very pathetic. Naite sound quality is really good compare 2 cedar. Since i have both phones . Anybody experienced this if not try it u will d exact poor audio quality
