U don't know even the basic things about this phone like about it's D-pad.
It's D-pad is made from completely black material(which is used as basic in construction) unlike naite which has paint done on it's keypad. So, paint from naite's keypad can fade off but not from cedar's keypad bcoz there is no paint on cedar's keypad.
And spiro is completely painted from top to bottom so spiro has the most chances of fading of colour.
When it comes to battery life I would say it's on par with naite(which has one of the best battery life)
For ur information I should tell u that I am a se user from a long time. My first purchase was k750i than c510 , naite & now cedar.
My dad currently has w910 & my bro has w995 .
So... who is a more experienced user of sony ericsson ??

Better than any of nokia phones.... moreits a lie, i tried to download video clips and mp3's using hspda, cedar's battery is warm, it sucks more energy from the battery, im a SE user since 2001 and i do much more experienced user. trust me.. the navigation keypad is made of plastic, the paint is easily scrap, check it out guys. The Spiro's navigation keypad is good, unlike cedar, why SE dind't put such a good navigation keypad in it. some people here are new from SE. pretending they do much more familiar user. cedar is not fully cooked, needs re update.

But navigation R must not be camera shortcut. Then go to service settings and turn off the usb charging.

I have good experiences with some nice fast low budget modem java phone before (as k610, k530, g502, n naite). I think cedar is new ace in this class.

Cedar had netfront 3.5 web browser inside. Netfront web browser app is very responsive for download everything what u need (a file supported or a file not supported).

SE phone is the most easy download phone, i have compare with another brand merk before.
Lets download operamini 4.2 for your cedar. Opmi 4.2 is best for cedar.

Very interesting SE talents is u can easy download everyting file with or without supported this java device. As When the file not support cedar device, the file will save in the other folder. And u can send to another device via bluetooth.

Friends,, this phone is really worth for the price...pld dont believe the bad reviews given by some guys...its really worth for the price...Multitaskin is applicable which u dont find it in recent smartphones..n this mobile is suitable for all class of persons. Will keep u posted :)

Better than any of nokia phones.
Doesn't hang or get warmed even if we use it for 3-4 hours of net surfing continuously.
No software bugs.
Sound is low only in loudspeaker & it will be fixed via a software update like sony ericsson naite.
User interface is very smooth & fast ,camera quality is better than every phone of this price range,sound quality is very good in headphones & loudness is also good.
Great phone from sony ericsson.

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2010how is the battery back up??the battery life of cedar is low, speaker volume is low, and when using hspda connection it sucks more battery life, 15 minutes internet using hspda connection your phone is warm. these phone needs to re update FW. why SE release this phone, so many bugs in it. it sucks.

It is Read only & Cannot be modified or Reset until a repair / Firmware update is done... Certain models like C902 & others are not Reset to 0:00:00 even after update.
A Feature useful while buying 2nd Hand Phones....

Service Test are basic test to determine the correct working of components like display, keypad, vibrator, speaker, mic Etc...
There is no harm in using them....
Perfectly Safe...
