Anyways, I already Purchased My CEDAR & am DAMN Happy With it Even though it DOESN'T Record VGA @ 30fps.....
My Advice to all U Guys here is the if U R Going to Purchase CEDAR For That ONE Feature, Then My Friends U Will Be disappointed....
Everything Else(Speedy Interface, Social Networking Integration, Music & Video Playback, Messaging, Keypad, Battery Life & Build Quality)is very good with CEDAR.......

Let other sites(Including GSMARENA.COM) say what they want it doesn't have that Feature. Look on the official Sony Ericsson Site it only says there that it can record video no specification or fps is given. Consider this.... if it did record VGA @ 30fps they would have highlighted it as it would a major deciding factor for potential buyers.
Moreover, I'm using the phone as we speak & I know what I'm talking about.!(Not Being Rude Either)
QVGA(320x240) @ 14.97Fps.
