This is an excellent review guys! Very detailed and well thought after. I have been an ardent SE user for years now, and the only issues I face with SE are a) somewhat the reception & b)LOUDSPEAKER VOLUME!!!
It seems like 'a' would not be much of a problem in this case but will have to again make do with the low volumes. After reading this review I am definitely going ahead with buying the ELM (was tempted to get a BB 8250). Looking forward to the much awaited smart-search feature! What a relief. Thanks again for the gr8 review, keep 'em coming:)

Must say the display i... moreWe have an Elm, and the photos are excellent, great exposure, colour etc. Check your settings or compare to another one. My only complaint is it has problems (sometimes) autofocusing in low light, and the lack of a 3.5mm jack and USB charging port. Else, great value at £99 at Carphone Warehouse here in the UK.

I bought ELM for 9300 in New Delhi.
Must say the display is bad.the camera is bad.dnt knw whaz wrong wid the camera.but it seems the pics it captures r alwayz so dull.above all,the headset it provide really is not what sony delievers.It is the worst part in ELM.This phone probably has only design + 3G/GPS etc for under 10K.But really disappointed with the sound output.
Even my earlier Z550i headset was many times better

Yes and u can copy text when browsing which is killing feature, file transfer app is handy and last but not the least DLNA feature rocks!!!

You-Tube, Twitter only connects with WIFI and not GPRS/Edge, Why SE, Why? Themes dont work unless u convert them to 4.9 version, Rest everything is GOOD, Cool handsfree, Looks cool.

This SE Elm phone also features a very short WiFi range, and WiFi disconnects very often.
