elvs, 22 Feb 2011Thanks Techno, and can you please answer to the first quest... moreChanging fonts, flash menus etc- you cannot do them in the normal way; but have to go a bit unauthorized. You've to access the file system of phone using apps like XS+, far manager, A2uploader etc. (Far manager works good for Elm). And these things You've to do with care because wrong and careless steps can cause trouble.
To change fonts, you have to access tpa>preset>system>fonts folder of the phone's file system using farmanager. There you'll find two or more font files(usual fonts in SE is Sans-serif) and an xml file. To change the system fonts, you have to replace these fonts with your fonts and edit the xml file also. A simpler method is to rename your fonts to the original fonts name and replace them. Here you need not edit the xml file.
And I am not sure whether adding extra fonts (without replacing the original ones)is useful or not.

How can I Install New Fonts to Elm? I really want to browse the web but the phone doesn't support for the local site because of the lack of fonts.

What is JAVA DEVELOPER MODE? What can we do with that feature ON? (enter **** code> service settings> java devloper mode> on\off)
And why i cant login to Getjar site through the phone's browser? When i try to access, it says the phone model not supports to any kind of downloads. Why? Does anyone have the same problem? And i have to try two or more times to do a download. Several times download cancelled. What should i do to solve this? Can someone please answer me? Thanks.

this is fine phone almost all functions are avaiable in this phone as compare to nokia e52 phone(cost 11550).
i would suggest u to take this phone.

superb,great finish...............................................................................but when compared to hazel it is slightly low..........but in hazel since it has keypad and touch screen it is better..nut cost wise elm is good..so my preference elm.
