SE G502i is a cheap phone from SE but the fiture are complete which you can find in the expensive phone such as HSDPA & 3G network.

Anonymous, 18 May 2009It's very hard to find original Sony Ericsson accessories h... moreYep SE accesories are surprisingly scarce in the UK too grrrr I tried shopping around for the HGE 100 GPS Adapter - not a chance in my town - the mobile shops say they cant even order one :(
FOr what its worth my HBH-DS200 bluetooth stereo headphones work a treat - but bluetooth so uses battery power a bit.
PS Since I put locks on the phone and USIM it sometimes reports a SIM error when starting the phone but it works fine still.

The A2DP bluetooth is brilliant at streaming mp3s from phone to PC to hifi. The 2 GB card from my walkman worked great - snd I bought a 4 GB card which now has 802 mp3s on it. Does the phone work with 8GB cards? The SE site say 4GB, '3' say 2 GB (so what do they know?) and GSM Arena says 8GB. I wish stes would post accurate info.
It's as good for music as my walkman (but with no distortion at max volume). All in all I'm very impressed with this phone. Its got the latest firmware and reset itself only once. Its PAN bluetooth networking works for a while then it disconnects grrr.
The SONY E PC s/w suite is crap - I stopped using it.
My walkman's USB data lead works great with it (you dont get one in the box - which is a shame).
The music volume is excellent. Calls are clear too :)
Battery life is ok except when using the Net - then it only lasts a few hours from a full charge grrrrr
All in all, its the best phone in the cheap end of the PAYG market in my opinion. The keyboard is more tactile than I expected. I recommend the phone and a 4GB card for people on a payg budget.I'm oing to risk getting a 8GB M2 card - pity that M2 cards are so relatively expensive.

im a SE-G502 user for almost 3 mos. already and I have no regrets on buying this phone..i luv it..but my question is -Can i use my g5o2 camera by plugging it into my pc and use it as a webcam? pls help me..

i am use r1fa 31, and my phone never restart, but when i bougth m2 2gb, this phone always restart when i am use heavy aplication.....why?

my phone is very slow. For instance, if you type a number and press dialing key it takes ages to acually show " Calling". Is this problem with other's phones also. if so, any solution.

It's very hard to find original Sony Ericsson accessories here in the philippines unlike competing Nokia. SE shops only sell phones, and no accessories. Very frustrating. I was looking for a better headset to replace the one that comes bundled with this phone. What i found was only walkman headsets so old i doubted if its genuine. I didn't even find any batteries and chargers being sold.
