Is this possible to improve the quality? If so, please suggest firmware version to upgrade so that to improve camera quality.

poor battery performance (bout 1 day! for music -3 hours-, texting -100 text-, call -1 hours-, browse - 1hours-) wew..
keypad not good enough, not tactile enough..
hangs about 1x per day.. well, I already upgrade n go to sony center to fix this problem, n nothing happened. still like this. cony centre says that bcoz G502 has some bug..
overall performance for 3 weeks is: 7/10..
but, this phone still rocks!

Can anyone check the retail box of this phone and see if you can find the word HSDPA? And also on the first page of the User's Guide. I'm confused. GSMarena said it is an HSDPA phone, and when I'm using this phone there's a letter "H" beside the signal indicator. But printed somewhere in the retail box is "UMTS" and also on the User's Guide. Thanks. Hope you guys can help. I would really appreciate it.

I have bought g502. I like it very much except for the fact that the box and user guide says it triband and supports UMTS, not HSDPA. How come? They hyped it as the most affordable HSDPA phone in the market. By the way i'm from the Philippines. Can anyone explain it to me please? I've been planning to buy this phone mainly because it's HSDPA. But now...

i can not find where is the 3g cemera
yes, G502 have no front camera and video call feature.
but G502 can streaming video or tv, browsing, chatting with high speed. cause G502 Support HSDPA (3,5 G) 3,6 Mbps max signal performance.
BTW 3G or 3,5G signal is not to video call function only.

And about a setting 3G or 3,5G better u go to your GSM service centre in your town. And also asked about:
1. Is it your GSM card support 3G in your location now?
2.how about a setting 3G at your fone?
3. How much the price of your 3G signal (at kilobit)?
Etc etc.
I can see 'H' symbol on the small blue box when working at hsdpa signal(3,5G signal).

g502 user, 02 Feb 2009how I can know which service (edge, 3g etc) i am using? It ... moreYes,'E' symbol is EDGE. The edge is cant turn off(its automatic).when u see 'E' meaning your location is support a EDGE signal. EDGE signal is faster than GPRS signal but the price of signal at Kb is same.
After all dont worry about thats.
