Hi,i'm planning to buy this phone soon and i have some questions (only for G502 users):
-Does it supports downloadable themes,wallpapers?
-Can i attach MP3 tones for messages,contacts,alarm?
-What's the max. size of external memory?
-Can i minimize the player?

adam, 31 Jan 2009the prob is when they ring me its always unknown caller ins... moreyour problem is not happen in my own.
now i use my old gsm card from my previous fone. just copy all contact number from my previous fone to gsm card and also insert my gsm card And copy all contact number again to G502.

hi, i just bought this phone yesterday
so far so good, nothing's worry with this phone..
the battery life time quite good, even i play the mp3s for 3hours..
love the blcak, love the keypad, love the screen, love the sound..
all i can say is this phone is perfect for its price,,

guys i bought this phone 2 days ago and i entered all my contacts info in and when they ring me it's got unknown caller even thogh its got all there details in there. has this happened to any one else? please help!

last week i manage to type an sms while wearing a thick winter gloves. i can't remember of any other keypad of similar size (if not old SE t630 :), capable of that

gsmarena can be wrong, n everyone too..
btw, 5 days using this phone, n my expressions:
- battery only last 2 days!! not good enough.. although the signal strong/ full, 50% display brightness..
- hmm, slow interface I think, compare to A100.. mine with 4GB mem..
- my current software is 1203-8262 R1FA031 080512, should I upgrade it? or it is the latest one?

U Can compare the Review about Phonebook of Nokia E71 and about G502 but mind one thing not Compare the Storage and Field Option...
Now tell me the what is the Difference in the Review?
Is the mentioned any thing like that as u mentioned about the Ordered by First or last Name?
Again i will say Fake Review and Gsmarena have misGuided us
as i already have sent the mail SE about this
and they have admitted that Yes that's not possible in G502..
And They Said Sorry For this Information, Misguidance.........

Try to... moreContacts can be ''ORDERED'' by first or last name. They are searched by gradual typing of the ''DESIRED''name.
My answer is:
Between Ordered name and Desired name is must 'SAME'.
About your setting :
Contact > option > advanced > sort order > select (first name or last name).

i have bought this Phone Yesterday i m totally disappointed Gsmarena mis guiding us We Cant Search the Contacts with the First or Last Name if we have set the Contacts Ordered by First Name Then We Only Can Search the Contacts with The First Name and if we have Set the Ordered the Contacts with Last Name then we Only Can Search the Contacts with Last Name

If we will Type Jhon it will show the Contacts which Starts with Jh and if u Type's Cena it will Not Show the Contact
But in Review Page Gsmarena have Mentioned that

When u need open a contact number u just push contact key and also insert your name's friend and so u can see the number of your needed. Its very easy and without problem in my hand experiences. And so what guyz?...hehe...
