Anonymous, 10 Jun 2008tell us more about image stabiliser i would love to but i'm not a camera expert so to me be it 5mp or 3mp....doesn't really matter. so i can't even tell what's an image stabilizer :)
what i'm totally disappointed with this is i can't hear an incoming call or msg when i'm listening to music. the incoming call/msg doesn't interrupt the music loud enough.
no profiles to edit :( can someone check if there's profiles in this phone coz i can't seem to find it even in the manual itself :(

A few questions to g700 owners:
1) Are the ringers loud from the start? Or are they soft THEN become loud on incoming calls?
2) Can the flash be used as a torch too?
3) What format does recorded video show up as when viewing on the computer?

3.2MP Camera without AF is disappointing. I would have chosen this phone in a heartbeat with the document reader/editor, touchscreen, video image stabilizer, etc, great battery life. can anyone comment on its camera if its lack of autofocus takes away from its picture quality?

Had a W960 and sent back as when I put phone to my ear and it touched the screen it would either cut call off or switch on loudspeaker as the screen was too sensitive to touch. Has anyone experienced this with the G700?

I would think about this handset as a option for my new handset when i am due but why oh why do they keep adding 3.2 MP cam without Autofocus??. There is no point may as well have the 2 MP from the K750i with autofocus. Its not about MP its the quality that counts. What a shame. Cheers
