Just give this a phone a break please. this phone is meant to be used in camera restricted areas. i have it for about a year now. like the phone because it`s symbian. so, very nice usage. if you want a camera get the G700.

Anonymous, 06 Jan 2009lol u r funny this phone doesn't even have a camera to take... morer u in school? dont u understand the meaning of business phones. Nowadays camera cellphones are not allowed in offices. SE have released 2 versions of this phone one without camera & the other with a camera.

I applause Sony Ericsson for creating an advanced mobile with no camera. It makes life much brighter for those who work in institutions where cameras are not allowed.

i think SE is the phone ever made n always be like that but sometimes i felt disappoint because SE always left behind in the new taste of SE.every time SE release new handset always feel same like the other series of SE.the inovation is very slow.

what the hell
i really dont understand why SONY ERICSSON take so long time to release a mobile phone
they announced their handset almost before 1 year,by the time they released their hand sets, other companies just put sony ericsoon behind in features and othe specifications.

er. i have this phone and it does have a camera. not a very good one but its not meant as a camera phone. all in all its a decent, slim, unique phone... the post it notes application for example. very useful. web browsing is cool because the touch screen scrolls the page around and the text fits to the page very well. there are newer phones around, but u can get this for £150 sim free which isnt a bad price for it's features

now g... moreAnonymous... in case you didn't notice. It doesn't come with a Camera because it's a BUISINESS EDITION.
You aren't allowed to have a camera in some business institutions.
This phone is going to SELL like wildfire where cameras are illegal. (photographing, sexual harrassment etc)

EDGE? come on..! it's an old technology.. This phone is already 3G capable. What do you need a 2.75G technology for?

anonymous people, stop posting comments just for the sake of posting. most of your comments seem to have skipped your brain when you typed in your comments.
If you want the one with camera get the G700 with camera edition, if you want the one with camera and wifi get the g900.

Actually, many companies don't allow employees to have a camera on their phone. This was a very good idea for a phone. A perfect example would be a buisnessman/woman who would use this phone at work and then have a second phone for personal use.
If for some reason you cannot understand that please GTFO
