I had the HTC Diamond for about 2 days. It is a dainty girly phone. Hated it. My Sony G900 has drawback of slow interface (8gb memory stick helped a bit)and the camera is just OK. So, the Sammy i8510 will be on my desk just as soon as it's released!

faster cpu also means higher power consumption, i think this is what SE had in mind when using the same ARM9 cpu for this phone

So I've had my brown/black G900 for about 3 weeks now...
It kinda falls short of what I was expecting (I bought it for 350 Euros). The phone is overall slower than most competitors; opening a message requires patience. Using the touchscreen really slows the phone down so I've resorted to using the D-pad (which is disappointing since I could have bought an E51 for 2/3 the price, but went for the G900 for its touchscreen)
Camera is actually pretty good, 5MP shots suck, but just resize them to 3MP and the look good, the touch focus makes rly cool shots too, however, the LED can't take a bright picture in the dark even if the users life depended on it.
The browser is handy, infact its the only thing I truly like about this phone.
To be honest i think I'm just going to pawn the thing on ebay and buy something else.
IF, and only IF you have the chance to buy this phone for under 300EUR I would say go for it, otherwise walk away... unfortunately the idea of having a small, capable, touchscreen and wi-fi enabled device will remain an idea for the forsee-able future...
Shame really... but its put me off SE, unless they come up with something really revolutionary I just see them following Motorola down the drain.

Got this phone two weeks ago. My first Symbian experience. Previous phones: T610, W810, K810. The touch screen is a nice feature that I found very useful and very well implemented (but it can't compete with the iPod Touch/iPhone). I set it up for T9 predictive text, so I am rarely having to use the stylus. I find the user interface very slow by comparison to my previous SE phones. Haven't found a way to turn off 3G to save battery. Also, haven't yet found a way to transfer photos from the phone to iPhoto (Mac). So basically it's an OK phone, but I'm not too thrilled with it so far.

Even the price is around Euro 350++, package included BT and stereo handset, still not the best selection phone to buy.

Worst phone I ever had…slow, 3 band no good in US...at least not in Chicago area…Freezes frequently, had 1 for Asian market and EU market …same problem on both. Great features, if you have nerves to wait until they open…contact list super slow…have them both for 1 month already and I will have to return. To bad, great design, and previous reviews.

Function, spec and Price compare with N82 is equal...but G900 no GPS, no flash only hv photo light, extended memory until 4GB only, received complain the software slow, no chinese language supported (hv to send it back to upgrade), screen resolution and color not sharp, camera quality is worst compare with N82, night contrast no good, sharpness no good and etc...better take consideration with this issue.

I'm thinking to buy G900, but need to know more about the performance and reliable of it.
