the X1 is a really cool phone and i can imagine that'll it'll be amazing but i think its just a little too flashy for me lol.
i currently have a sony ericsson w810i and i think i want a phone that is similar to this size, but i also want something updated and new which is why i opted for the g900.

mobile, 04 Jun 2008If u like SE phone, my humble opinion G900 is a great phone... moreDon't forget that i am an SE man and have the P1i;) i bought mine last october and i am looking to replace it. Spec wise, it is very similar so i will wait for the SE X1 (hope its is the right name) coming out later in the year. I can imagine it is a great phone and recommend all thinking about getting it to go for it. I should imagine it should work in the U.S and Canada.

USgirl, 04 Jun 2008mmm...I was thinking about purchasing the phone from HK sin... moreIf u like SE phone, my humble opinion G900 is a great phone, as the saying goes, nothing is perfect. Over all G900 is great. dont believe too much what u read here, 1st, most ppl commented dont have the phone just comment from reading others infomation,2nd, there are some nokia fans just stirring things up here. 3rd, many ppl like to compare SE and Nokia, i wonder why? if you looking for the same function same design same everything than there wont be 2 phone company SE and nokia.

mmm...I was thinking about purchasing the phone from HK since the phone wasn't on the sony ericsson US website. I didn't want to wait that long.
anyway, how long do you think it would take before they fix up all those little quirks with the G900?
should i consider looking at any other interesting phones?

i am absolutely in love with this phone and i almost have no intention of purchasing any other phone when my contract expires. from your experiences with the G900, do you think i'm making a good choice on choosing this as my next phone?
if not, what phones would you recommend?
i also live in the united states so do you think that all the little flaws such as the "dull screen" that a few people have mentioned will be fixed by the time the phone is released into the united states?

G900 is not a bad phone , its a real great function then w960i is far more like a PDA phones and attractive , it come with 5 megapixel . i have the pre-launch at my shop now . sony ericsson it's located at bishan junction 8 , costing $788 without contract . but must be known it don't come in chinese software , so cannot read chinese . but second badge launch out , it can read chinese . but not to worry , my shop just opposite of my retail side , it's our service centre , don't worry , new chinese software will be out soon , and you can buy first , after that come back to our service centre and upgrade chinese software ya ?.

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2008have you had compared the two? i mean...really...Ive had a play with a N78 proto and a G900 at a friend's store. For what the G900 has its pretty well sized, so is N78 both very thin, amazing how far mobile tech has come. When using the G900 i totaly forgot it had a touchscreen, looks like SE realised that a D-Pad was a good idea, the P990 was great to use in Flip On Mode. Anyway i just want to clearify that the G900 and N78 are realy not comperable, they are actualy so different, even the designs are total opposites, im sure both will enjoy great sales in their diff markets.

hi guys am planning on getting this phone, i have been considering either the g900 or the p1, is the camera better than the p1 or its quite the same and about the screen i know its 2.4 while p1 is 2.6 but is that extra .2 a big difference in terms of viewing pleasure.
