here are the problems :
-the screen is very dark
-always restart itself
-Very slow. Lot of lag
-No Accelerometer!
-No profiles
-Audio Player is jinxed
-Outdated software

can you use youtube on its wi-fi?is there any problem regarding to its wifi?

The phone is laggy. but once u get a firmware update there is a drastic performance increase and no hangs!
As the phone is based on UIQ platform its customizing is endless. The phone performs well after the upgrade and there is also a posibility of running Windows 3.11 on this phone. Here is the screenshot of my phone on the left side of the pic (http://i34.tinypic.com/9hrtd5.png)

today i have buyed an g900 and it is an ultimate phone you must go for it and its sound quality is much superior than an nokia n73 superb phone

the problems you have, they are all the problems I had the first time I bought the phone...
after I updated the software regularly, which is only about once every 2 months, none of the problem persists...
and the stylus, my first one also broke a long time ago, and now I'm using the spare one that they gave me, and I've been using it more frequently as compared to the first one...
how is the media player jinxed???? O.o

nihal, 16 Oct 2009pixles is 5 mp but photo look not like that pls give me advicethe quality of lens cover in g900 is not good. without the lens cover, the quality of photoes become much beter. i regulary clean its lens cover in order to take good pictures.

You have written the comments as I would like to do.
This phone is the worst SE, that I have ever used (I am a crazy fan of "P" series).
No more "P" series, no more good phones!
Also xperia, with that WinMo, is not a phone for me!
What should I buy... I better go for Black Berry!
Wishing that Xperia 3, will have something good and fresh to make us enthusiast!

Here are the problems I faced with my 3-month old G900:
-Very slow. Lot of lag
-No Accelerometer!

-Audio Player is jinxed
-Outdated software
-Exitting applications hasto be done via Task Manager > End. Always. You open and application once, it only gets minised and runs in the background.
Besides these, I faced these problems as well:
-Display goes dim/dark abruptly
-The phone constantly restarts stating 'Your phone was restarted to improve performance'. This happens everytime, as in it restart loops! So frustrating!
-Faulty touchscreen! Does not caliberate well.
-The stylus broke with minimal usage. I use it only for 15-20 mnts a day for 3 days in a week.
I am with SE for the last 6 years! I think that this has been the worst SE phone ever! Thank God that is has been discontinued!
I am more than just disappointed with this SE product!
People who continue to have this phone...God save 'em!

Guys, this phone is really frustrating! I also encountered the same problem with its touch screen that goes dim, dark colors, freezes etc...I bought my phone brand new for more than a year now.
LCD replacement is also required...I hope that SE R&D should act on this because this model has this very common LCD problem now!

I'm very very dissapoint with g900 performance, it's hang/stuck so many times. Not to mention also, how it's slow in performing many features. "BUSY" alert pop-up everytime.
FINAL WORD : EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED

g900 have great loudspeaker better than w960,or w960 have a better loudspeaker

schiet, 13 Oct 2009why does it runs apps so slowwhich manufacturer is the best for this phone? finlan, korea, china etc.. i wanna buy one... memo issue is not a problem we can download memo boosters, log is not a problem we can upgrade firmware... this is perfect.

Very Nice phone,worth the money u pay,processor a little slow is d only problem faced.battery lasts 4 a day wid phone,camera & wifi use,quite decent for a multimedia phone.
