Of course, it reads Microsoft Office files (doc, xls, ppt). All UIQ smartphones have Quickoffice built-in. There's also another great office suite, DocumentsToGo.

This is possible only in Media application. Go to settings and change orientation.

This is a common "feature" in all UIQ smartphones. You cannot change this thing.

You have to go to m.youtube.com (low quality) or download CorePlayer 1.30 which supports flv format (much better quality).

Of course, Opera mobile supports all file types. But i suggest you download the newest version 9.5 Beta 2 (with Fingertouch). It's awesome.

some of the sony ericsson mobile phones i have checked, they only press "c" button to delete the names from the messaging contacts. but in the g900 it cannot do the same.

hey guys! can you help me with my g900? my only concern is how can i delete contacts after sending it. what i mean is, when i compose a message and send it to one of my colleagues. then afterwards i will compose a message again, when i'll go to contacts i can see the names of the people whom i have just been send a message. please help me with this one. you can directly email me: madronero_michael@yahoo.com thank you!!!

This is my second post to say how bad this phone is, after getting the phone back from Sony's own repair centre as the carphone warehouse could not fix the problems it has lasted about 2 weeks before having all the same faults as before, including freezing up, unprompted shut downs, poor screen lighting and not notifying of messages received. I would not recomend this phone to anyone.
