hi all , i m planning to buy the same, any body faced problm, like ringtone getting changed automatically ,as said by the dealer, happnd with two of his customer!!!!! pls let me knw if anybody faced same issue..........

How long your battery holds ? I've played about 2,5h, used GPS for 20mins, took about 5 photos, send few sms, phone was online all night (but without 3G, bluetooth, wi-fi and gps) and after after 15hrs I've got only 72% battery charge :( It's that ok ?

Hi, just got hazel a little over 2weeks now. I have been trying to view videos from youtube but its not showing up,it keeps giving me a message-video is interrupted.can anyone help me with this.it will be much appreciated.thank you

Purchased one month back. Except camera evrythng is superb. Web browsing with Opera is owesome. The best in this price tag. I think only n73 can be comparable with it in this price tag.....

Rohan, 17 Jul 2010I got a Hazel 3 days back. Red in color.
All i'd say the ... more'Navigation' opens up after 5-7 mins. till then the screen is BLANK!
Then it says GPS not available although the location n maps are shown through wifi in Wisepilot.
Anyone knows if we require a separate GPS subscription from our mobile service provider?
Plz tell me how it works. Does it work through the internet (WiFi or 3G or GPRS) or is GPS a fourth medium?

One more thing you never gonna get a phone with all there features for 12,000 rupees! Now I am in oman, video calling, sip internet calling, 3g, wifi and gps all working well..

Been using my hazel for weeks. Love it. Youtube is working on wifi as well! Everything superb except the flash which sucks. Its like pointing a torch light. But camera is awesome in the day time. Love the smart dialling and all. Easy to use. Typing is like nokia.

hey how do we know, that battery is fully charged??
coz it keeps on showin same symbol throughout...a green battery wid a symbol on it..

I got a Hazel 3 days back. Red in color.
All i'd say the phone is priced way too less for the features is offers :-)
So far i`ve faced two issues (i hope they aren' major ones):
1) Menus are a little slow to open, especially 'Media'. I guess RAM is less.
2) In 'Location Services' when i click on 'Navigation', the phone hangs indefinitely.
After than i have to remove the battery n replace it again for the phone to work.
Anybody else facing this issue? Plz help!

hazel is very good...music is superb....camera clarity is not sooo good...phone outlook is nice

sony fan, 16 Jul 2010i also have w395 and im planning to get hazel, if you check... moreabout audio quality: actually hazel has superb sound quality that you can compare with w995 but unfortunately the headset unit that comes with the phone is pathetic (hpm-60J). If you already have walkman headset, you can use it and see how good hazel's audio is.
btw I typed and posted my messages with my Hazel - the ......... red one.
