I bought This great cell phone yesterday and in no time i am familiar with this phone.
-as per the other user opinion i don't found any minus point in it accept the lower sound quality in headphone compare to Sony Ericsson W series phones.
-This is the best phones with all the features required in this range. sms capacity is depends to your memory.(it is optional to save to your phone memory or to your memory card(depends how much memory is there!!))
-With this mobile i get an Eco-friendly charger,2 GB memory card,short USB cable,Poor quality Headphone(MH-300) and battery.
-Drivers for PC connectivity are preloaded in the phone,so no CD required....
Now what i want to know is how to lock the phone via keypad?

A: It is as same as smile shutter and it works very well.
What does video look like?
A: It is quite ok if you dont request high definition recording.
Does the red color goes away after some time like the old types?
A: I have the red one and already used 2 and half months. there is no any problem.

It als... moreI bought mine at plaza medan fair. actually the price was 1.99 jt, but noticed that there's no cable data and microSD in the box, I asked for discount to the shop guys as for the reason I also have to buy a memory card and usb cable. and it works! after 10 mnts of arguing. So then I could saved some coz I already have usb cable and an unused 8 gb card taken from my sold nokia.

I got mine at 1.995 jt with the SE warranty. Where did you get the cheaper price ?

For anyone wondering about the battery life, it gets a lot better after you charge it a few times. I was very disappointed at the battery at first, but slowly it is improving.
I have the threaded SMS feature on my phone, and it is on the Hong Kong firmware. However, it seems that I can't turn my camera shutter button off. Is anyone else having this problem? Even in silent mode, there is a camera sound.

If you check the in build user guide in this phone has different content with the printed one (messaging chapter).
btw how much did you pay for the phone from SE center, I got mine from a retail (june 8) at 1,925 jt (with SE warranty) ?

The customer service officer said that the conversation sms is available in several countries, but not on indonesia's hazel. Is that true ?

hey guys. I want to ask something. How to enable the conversation sms on this phone ? The user guide says that this phone can appears the conversation tab in the inbox menu, but my phone hasn't conversation tab in the inbox menu. Can anyone explain about this problem? I've just update my phone's firmware to the latest one, but it still can't be solved.

I noticed the battery ... moreI agree, few days ago i was complaining about the battery backup but now after few chargings the backup became decent (cca. 3 days) with moderate use like my old G705, THEY SHOULD WRITE DOWN this kind of informations instead making people panic what's going on with battery backups, MANUALS are disaster, but phone is very nice instead,
