Good phone to use, very good mineral display,
Internet is rapid...the camera
Is wonderful...best phone to buy...i'm plannin to keep this phone for a long time

Only if this phone doesn't use comb-type audio jack.. sure i will buy it, but here only second hand available. please sony, make new product.. similar product like hazel, with 3.5 jack. don't just focus on touch phone.. i hate touch phone

Just keep the memory card then bring the phone to service center. I had my screen replaced twice by this kind of accident and they didn't reset it.

busted, 04 May 2012this is a very good phone from sony. It's operation doesn't... moreI bet u've got a defective piece my friend. I use a 16 gb memory card out of which only 300 mb is free and still my hazel is doing excellent. Never showed hanging problems even once and its been 10 months since i bought this cutie. Its the best cellphone one can buy in this range.

Hey, hazel users please help me here, its very URGENT
, im in deep trouble. Just some weeks b4 it fell on a wet floor n from then on its display isn't working. (I mean phone is working but its display has gone black). I just wanna change usb mode on my hazel from 'file transfer' to ' phone mode' before i make it to service center and they say they would send it to company for its repairing. And i know they would definitely reset its software, thus all my messages (drafts) would be deleted. i have written songs in my drafts n i don't want them deleted. Before this i used to copy them to a notepad using PC COMPANION app (as hazel can read .txt files), but it need my phone in 'phone mode'. For now what i know is that, I've to press
MENU > # (settings) > 5 (connectivity) > (now here i need help 2 change usb mode)....
PLEASE HELP USERS I DONT WANT MY 'PSEUDO HALLUCINATION' and 'MY SERENITY' song lyrics to go wasted
