thanks guys for the replies. As karthik suggested, I gotta visit a Sony Store & check it out. Howabout the loudspeakers of the phone? Is it better than W705? Because, i sold my brand new W705 after using for 3 days.. that was the day i started to hate SE.. W705 was the shittiest phone i ever used..Camera cant even click a pic which is not blurred..and sound was very low..

Is the Hazel worth the upgrade over the J10 ELM model? I really like that it has the bigger screen, but it seems to be much thicker than the ELM.

Hey guys i wana buy a sony ericsson slider....
i was lookin for w705 and w995 but the shopkeeper told me that they are going to be phase out......
he showed me Hazel.....i wz quite impressed by the phone as i like sony ericsson......
bt wen i read the comments which said that I cannot see you tube video on wi-fi.....is it true???
plzz everyone m really in a dilemma to buy this one or not.....plz tell me or suggest me another phone..
i alreay have an blackberry and an iphone and want as sony ericsson........plzz suggest me whether to buy this or any other phone of any ither brand....

Which one shoul... morego for hazel i personly used g705 this phone cant even play qvga resolution vedios properly in mp4 format and lot of lags is there hazel is new and have a better camera and much more........... go for hazel or go for e52 around 12k

Karthik, 21 May 2010If you are not brand specific, try Nokia 5800 express music... more5800 has a 3.2 camera that is not good even in 3.2 MP range but hazel has one of the best 5MP cameras that can compete even with 8MP cameras!
splash resistant-noise cancellation -eco friendly materials-hd voice-and also hazel is a bit cheaper
really good phone for its price

so, without DivX, or Xvid support, it will not be able to play downloaded movies which use these codecs? even when converted to MP4??

I had to fight my mind not to buy Nokia(My own perception about this manufacturer), even though it boosts of the all the features Hazel has, including touch & is competitively priced(13.5k)

Now its time for you to move to a Sony Outlet and check out the contents of the real package.
I bought Hazel last week, after lots of researching & reading the reviews. After my visit to the Sony store, my conception has changed for better
The package contains the following
1) Phone + 2GB memory card
2) Battery
3) Mini Charger
4) A very small data cable, max 10cm long (Hope this is part of green initiative)
If you happen to be in Chennai, pls visit Sony shop @ Haddows road / Anna Nagar. They are the ones having it, in both the colours.
Surprisingly it costs 12,500/- only in a sony show room. So no need to get hold of Univercel / mobile store / Poorvika. They have priced the mobile 200-300rs more.
